Delicious product and great customer service
My first time buying from sweet freedom and I can’t fault them, the syrups are delicious and the chocolate spread is amazing.
I did receive a broken glass jar of chocolate spread even though it was wrapped very well the box had obviously been dropped before it got to me, I emailed sweet freedom the photos of the box and jar and asked if I could have a replacement, they got back to me the same day and I got a replacement sent out straight away.
All I can say is amazing customer service and fantastic product.

Buying from sweet freedom is very easy and they have a PayPal option for paying. The parcel always arrives quickly and well packaged. Good choice of different choc shots and syrups which are always useful to have for things like toast, coffee, porridge and baking.

Initially bought my first ever purchase of the caramel syrup from Aldi, however as they don’t always stock the caramel one I decided to go straight to the company. Had no issues with the purchase and will order again through them when required.
