I paid for next day delivery and whilst the product was really good it took from the 23rd - 8th Jan to receive. With no reimbursement for longer delivery. A little disappointed that hasn’t been acknowledged.

Thanks for your review, Stephanie. We do feel that there has been some confusion on your side though. We don't actually offer next day delivery on our website...we never have. We offer 1-2 working days from dispatch which is what you selected. We also state on checkout and FAQ's that delivery times start when your order is dispatched and not when you place the order. Unfortunately, you ordered on the evening of the 23rd, and we displayed on our website that the last date for Christmas deliveries was 19th of December due to all the Royal Mail strikes and delivery issues across the UK. Anything after that would be dispatched after the business opened again in the new year. Your order was picked fresh on 4th January and our records show it was delivered 2 days later on the morning of 6th January, not the 8th. We are glad that the sweets were well received, but we don't feel that a 2-star review is very fair in this case, as your issue appears to be delivery based and was actually within the timeframe specified on our website. Also we don't manually track every order, so if you had any issues with the order then it would have been better to get in touch with us first so we could have explained this and chased it up for you. We hope this doesn't stop you from ordering again with us and we do thank you for taking the time to add your review.

Christmas label
Sweets were as good as normal but I thought the bucket sweets came in would have more christmas decoration on it, not just one small label on the side

Hi Sandra. Thanks for taking the time to post a review. We are glad that you enjoyed the sweets, but we are disappointed you didn't feel the Christmas bucket was Christmassy enough. The label we designed to show on the buckets and bags is clear to see on the order page and we feel it has a good Christmas feel to it whilst incorporating our brand. You also could have added a free message or image to the bucket to make it a more personal christmas present. We value your opinion and take all feedback on board from our fantastic customers and hope that we see you back in the orders soon.

What a fantastic company to deal with
What a fantastic company to deal with. They're very local to me but hadn't ever come across them before and needed some sweet bags for my 9 year olds birthday party. Found these guys on Google Maps and spoke to them via direct message and they couldn't have been more helpful. Even got a 15% discount due to a Halloween offer and the bags were hand delivered to my house as I was nearby. The customised sticker thanking people for coming to the party was a lovely touch and looked very professional. I had several parents ask me where I had got them from and was more than happy to recommend Sweet Cheeks to them so hopefully they'll get some more business from that. Really pleased and will definitely use them again without hesitation. Thanks for everything!

i would love to give a better reviw this is my second order my 1st order was amazinh but mt second order i ordered the vegan mix and i diddnt enjoy the mix at all the sweets all tasted the same and the texture was not right so a second bad batch and my daughter was even shocked as we all love the 1sy order

Hi Melissa. So sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Vegan mix of sweets. Obviously they do not have the same type of ingredients and the normal sweets that you had on your first order...and this may be what you experienced and did not like. We know that the manufacturers use a plant based gelatin in the vegan sweets and that can change the texture a little bit compared to the standard pick n mix sweets. I hope that the other items in the Vegan mix were OK such as the popcorn and the fudge?
