I am so happy to share my experience here:
The first product I ordered was the Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter. I was sceptical at first, but after daily use I genuinely noticed that I was sleeping much better. Within about five days, my sleep had already improved significantly.
The second product is the Sweet Smooch lip balm, which is also very pleasant to wear and leaves my lips feeling soft and soothed.
The third product is the Pure Pits Organic deodorant, which impressed me the most after the Sweet Butter. It’s incredible how refreshed I feel after using it. I particularly like its natural scent, which is not too strong.
These products have become my absolute favourites in my daily routine, and I wanted to share this with you. I intentionally took the time to experience their effects and used them repeatedly so that I could provide authentic feedback.🫶🏻

Praise for the Product AND the People!
I had a minor issue with an order that I had placed with Sweet Bee. From the very first time I communicated with them, I have dealt with the most remarkable customer service department that I have ever encountered. Each time I think I dealt with a different person, but everyone involved was beyond efficient, helpful, responsive, and willing to resolve any of my issues. The product itself is awesome. It has given me restful sleep that I haven’t had in a long time. The Sweet Bee Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter is an amazing product. I was very skeptical with my first purchase as I have tried several other products to assist my sleep, and none of them were effective. The magnesium butter works wonderfully and I am very happy with the product. I originally subscribed with my first order and at that time there was only one fragrance available. When my re-order was being processed I requested a new fragrance that had just become available. When I called to halt the refill order, they were unable to stop that delivery thus started my contact with customer service. I can’t believe there’s a company out there that works so diligently to assist the customer, and make sure that it is a pleasant experience. I wish all companies handled their customers with the care and positivity that Sweet Bee gives to theirs. The product is amazing, and works as it says it will. The customer service is beyond awesome. I am so pleased that I have found the product. I will remain a very satisfied consumer.

Misleading Claim
I bought Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter to help with restless legs and to get better sleep - benefits that they touted. I applied the product as instructed, and was overwhelmed by its odor. The scent was called "Soft Spring" and it smelled like rusty metal springs. The smell was strong and unpleasant, it was impossible to wash off, and I got less sleep. I contacted them immediately; they were very understanding and promised an immediate refund. The next day they informed me they didn't give refunds but they'd be happy to give me more product, or a gift card for more product. I've thrown this product away and am not interested in experimenting with more of their products. This policy seems to only serve the company, not consumers. A consistent response would also be appreciated.

I much prefer using smaller companies like this as you know that as a customer you're more than just a number to them, you're a person. The magnesium butter I purchased was delivered very quickly. It's lovely to use but unfortunately the smell was really not at all nice. So I'm not sure if I will continue to use it. I may have to buy the fragrance free instead.

I did not sign up for a monthly order…
I did not sign up for a monthly order of your product and yet you sent me 2 magnesium butter jars. You charged me£53.00 which I didn’t agree to.
3 months later I am still waiting for the refund

Upon checking your account I can see your previous communication with us where our associate did ask if you were able to send us your proof of return receipt as sadly we do not have an associated return for you showing as of yet.
I have personally sent you a separate email so we can hopefully have this resolved for you asap.
Please know we are not able to set subscriptions up for customers as a company, this does need to be authorised by the customer at the time of purchase, we do have two options a checkout - one to make a one time purchase and one to subscribe with an additional 10% discount.
We completely understand instances happen where a subscription is set up accidentally and we are always on hand to have this resolved for you, as I can see this subscription was cancelled for you on the December 26th for your reassurance and you should have received a cancellation email of this.

Products are excellent and the customer service is even better!
I bought both the sweet sleep cream and the wild yam cream. Both creams are very easy to use. I love the sweet sleep cream because it is a solid that turns into a smooth oil-like lotion and is so soothing to put on. One of the items was damaged during shipping, and the customer service could not have been better! Fast response and even faster remediation. I would buy from this company again and again!

Love their products!
Love their products! The magnesium butter has really helped with my perimenopausal symptoms. Excellent customer service as well. My item arrived late and they sent me an additional product with an apology. This is unheard of nowadays.

Wow I placed a first time order last…
Wow I placed a first time order last year 2025 which I did receive. Yesterday I received a package from Sweet Bee and my first thought was I know I didn't put this on auto. Well Sweet Bee sent me a free full size jar of Sweet Sleep Magnesium Butter just because I had to wait a little extra for my order. Now that is customer service and this is what our world needs. For sure I will place future orders with Sweet Bee. Great company!!

If you want help sleeping this is a God send..…
I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and I have tried everything to help me sleep, nothing ever worked until I tried the magnesium butter on my feet just before bed. I can't recommend enough. It's a god send.

The deepest sleep I've had
I use an Oura ring to track my sleep and it always tells me that restlessness is my kryptonite (literally, this was in my annual report). I tried using magnesium salt spray but didn't notice any difference. I started using the Sweet Bee Organics magnesium butter and immediately started getting much better sleep scores, with over an hour of REM and deep sleep. I am so impressed with this product.
I also love the Elderberry syrup - I am using it every morning in my granola and yogurt. It tastes delicious and is probably helping my immune system with such great nutrients. The facial serum is lovely too - it smells great and feels good on the skin.

Items arrived promptly and well packaged and they have worked wonders. I’d been struggling with the switch to natural deodorant using other products but their pit detox (which I used for 7 consecutive days) was amazing as is their natural deodorant which I have now switched to.

Read about the magnesium butter in Good Housekeeping magazine and thought I would try it to help with my sleep. Website was confusing and designed specifically to hoodwink you into subscribing, but communication was efficient and product arrived quickly. Absolutely awful! Made my skin itch and burn and my already precarious sleep is worse! Had to get up at 1am and shower my feet to relieve the burning. Straight in the bin

On our website we have 2 options available for you, to make a "one time purchase" and to "subscribe" where you do receive an additional 10% discount, These can be selected for your preference at the time of purchase. We do understand at times mistakes happen where a customer may subscribe accidentally and we are always on hand to resolve this for you as best we can.
In terms of the skin reaction you experienced I am sorry to hear this, Tingling skin can be a sign the body's cellular magnesium levels are low. This tingling sensation is caused by the magnesium, which is a large molecule, being rapidly absorbed through the skin. The body is desperately trying to get that lovely magnesium in our systems!
Our Sweet Sleep is made with natural butters and oils to help ease this discomfort during application. If the tingling sensation is too uncomfortable for you, you could always try and use a smaller amount and work your way up in dosage. Or try a different area of the body such as the shoulders, lower back, tummy, thighs or more. Just be careful to avoid the face, any broken skin and any areas prone to dryness as magnesium is a salt that could sting or irritate.
I would also recommend trying our fragrance free version if you have our lavender variant as some people do find lavender can cause irritation if you have sensitive skin.

I do like the magnesium product loust customer service, unfulfilled order
I do like the magnesium product, but I have no idea if I like the other products as they seem to have completely lost my order ..although I can see it on my customer profile..They keep telling me it shipped but that was a different order, placed as a gift after I put in an order for myself. I cannot get a struggle answer form Customer Service so I habit call my credit card company.
