GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Love buying from these guys had a few issues but they resolved it very quickly big selection of goodies wish they would add more drinks like kool aid jammers, and with the crisps for delivery in boxes instead of pallet as I have no lorry access but other then that they are an amazing company great customer service and very quick deliverys would give 5 stars but can’t due to not being able to get crisps they are big factor in our business don’t really like going to another company.

Terrible service
I always had a good experience with Sweet And Glory when they had a warehouse in The Netherlands but since they don’t have it anymore the service is terrible. It took me over a month to finally make any orders to export to Belgium but they keep coming with excuses after excuses. It seems that they are not interested to selling products outside the UK. They also don’t try to solve any problem or suggest any solutions or alternatives

I am glad you felt we provided you with a great customer experience when we operated in the EU from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately due to official restrictions and matters out of our control we are no longer able to ship from the UK to EU. If it helps at all you are able to purchase from our UK warehouse and ship the products to the EU yourself.
Please don't hesitate to email us directly should you wish to explore this option.
