I redeemed for $160 a small amount it’s been two weeks and I still have not seen my redemption. Customer service is a joke they are one of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with this is ridiculous

I bought a pack on march 9th and won enough to redeem the same day. I've been waiting since then and still haven't received my redemption. I've also chatted with support like 5 times already and they keep saying there's a delay and it's just going to be a little longer. It is now march 23rd, 14 days later 9, almost 10 business days later. I was initially told 3-5 business days.

SweepsUSA is a good site! There was an ongoing system improvement, and my redemption requests were cancelled. However, they are temporarily supporting ACH redemptions. Fortunately, my redemptions were approved quickly, and the money is headed to my account. They kindly credited my account with 30 free spins at .10 a spin on a specific game and apologized for any inconvenience. I accept your apology, SweepsUSA!

Just overall not a good time. Won't be visiting this site again.

The absolute worst casino I’ve ever played on and this is a honest review. If you like waiting weeks for your money only to play it due to not being paid this is the site for you. Dead spins are a given here never seen so many in my life! Don’t waste your money with this garbage site go play somewhere else where they actually pay you in a timely fashion. Redemption time here is 2weeks plus which is ridiculous!!!! That’s just a guess by the way because I never received my measly $100 so I can only imagine if someone actually wins big smh probably have you wait a damn month or two for your funds. Again stay away from this site it’s absolute cheeks!

I just wish that payouts were a little quicker especially looking at redemption time frames from other platforms. 3-5 days is a bit ridiculous! And more options are definitely needed. Other than that it’s an okay site!

Wish i could give 1000 stars! I've been playing on SweepsUSA for a few months and have strictly only played off of their free daily GC/SC. I finally won!! It was a little over $100 and I chose to redeem it via gift card ($100 Meijer) which was my first time ever for any site because I normally have it go directly to my bank account. This site is real, it worked, even from strictly playing from only their daily freebies- so awesome. Took a few days, but the site has live updates throughout the whole process and was very honest and transparent about the timeframes. I am so grateful. Thank you SweepsUSA for a smooth process and especially for helping me feed my babies! Used it for groceries 🥹 I can't wait to buy packages soon.
For anyone skeptical- i get it, just remember to be patient for the wins as they're never instantly guaranteed at any casino, however you will eventually win and be patient with redemptions because i promise its coming within a week or less on this site!

Not sure about this place. They have good selection of games but redeeming a prize is taking way to long and I'm now wondering if I will even receive the $350...I asked support but all they could say is 3-5 days, To me 3-5 days to redeem your winnings us way to long all the other places I play don't take that long maybe 48 hours so I doubt I will be back unless they speed up my redemption

Had a rough start with this place but they do pay out, customer service was pretty responsive with a problem. They have a decent game selection but they should break them down into categories for easier navigation. Gameplay is hit and miss and balance often spirals straight to zero...everybody knows you can't win every time but providing enjoyable lasting gameplay for your money between wins would make this place better.I almost gave up on them but they're worth a few shots
