Impeccable service

Impeccable service! Watch was sourced, collected and delivered in a very timely manner. The watch was exactly as described (mint condition), and for a better price than I've found anywhere else in the market.

Do not hesitate to trust Sweeping Hands when purchasing/sourcing your next timepiece.

Great Purchase with Sweeping Hands

Exceptional experience with Sweeping Hands. Marcus took great trouble to source the exact Rolex I wanted and part exchanged my existing watch. I changed my mind several times but he was very accommodating and helped me find the perfect design in a friendly manner

Henry delivered my new Rolex to me and collected my watch to be part exchanged which was hassle free and reassuring. Henry also took the trouble to source several Rolex options for my husband who remains undecided but no pressure has been applied which is so refreshing in this day and age.

These guys certainly know their way around the luxury watch industry. The whole buying experience has been a pleasure and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a luxury watch.

Exceptional service

I had an exceptional experience with Sweeping Hands! Recommended by a friend. I purchased a Datejust 2 for a great price, it arrived the very next day, exactly as described. The watch came complete with its box and papers, and it looked absolutely brand new. Outstanding service – highly recommend!"

I cannot recommend enough!

I cannot recommend enough!! I had the pleasure of purchasing multiple watches of both Marcus and Henry there service and knowledge is incredible and they both share a great passion for watches

They get the balance between professionalism and an personal touch spot on to make the whole buying experience superior

Best in the business

Best in the business. Have done multiple deals with Sweeping Hands and service is always 5 star. Sourced me a watch and had it out to me within a day.

When selling watches they also offer the best prices! Great company.

Best level of care, price and consultancy

Marcus and Henry have been able to source a number of watches for me and my family over the years, I’m happy to see they have gone public with the sweeping hands business.

They will take their time to share the fair market price of the watch and to confirm that their pricing is on the low end of the market price.

They always deadlines and timeframes and regularly exceeded them.

Aftercare is industry-leading and always talking to a human rather than chatbot or waiting for a slow email reply.

Don’t think I will purchase through anyone else as I reward their loyalty.
