I am willing to remove this review once my issued is resolved. Some context I ordered once before here to Australia was fast and shipped well.

Now I ordered an even larger order and have been waiting for close to a week now, with only a shipping label produced.

I have contacted support and emailed them 4 times with no response after my first enquiry on tracking. Just went cold when before very responsive.

Nor sure what is going on but looks like no contact or customer support is on a large order is very unprofessional and unethical.

I will be looking to get my money back unless someone contacts me with a certain update very soon.

I thought after my first experience which was great would mean I'd have a repeated experience as I wanted to get buying more.

Swedish Product is always my first choice to order my nicotine pouches. The deli every is speedy, and have less chance to get stuck in the custom ( not sure how they make it).
