Overall I love the phone. Samsung is always very feature rich, almost too much but they are great and the I phones always have an awesome build quality to them.

This rating is based on the phone itself and not the seller. Not seeing too much of a difference between the s10+ and the 20+. I had hoped for more.

It was a great deal on a new phone someone opened but didn't want, and swappa facilitated it well :) It came in great condition, but I have every confidence swappa would've had my back in the event anything went wrong. 10/10 experience.

I've always been a Samsung fan.... nothing has changed. Upgraded from a Galaxy S9 +.... no regrets
