Excellent customer service!

Longstanding customer here - I bought some loupes from them back in 2018. I have just contacted the team regarding issues with the accessories that came with my loupes and they replaced it immediately (I only paid for delivery). I received the item the next day - they even included a cleaning solution and cloth! Well chuffed with the service! Thank you so much.

Have just had implants with 21D who…

Have just had implants with 21D who recommend to use blue m mouthwash after surgery and toothpaste, I like the taste and my breath feels so fresh after use. Only downside is the cost ,I think it's expensive

Order placed and paid for-paid £5.95 for delivery had 2 delivery dates and still no instruments delivered!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay to your delivery and understand how disappointing this must have been.
After investigation, your order was placed at 20:45 on 1 January and processed, picked, packed, and dispatched promptly on 2 January.

Unfortunately, the delay occurred after dispatch and was due to the courier experiencing unforeseen issues. We were notified of a 24-hour delay on 6 January, followed by a further 24-hour delay on 7 January due to adverse weather conditions affecting vehicle movements.

While delivery charges cover the cost of dispatch via our courier partner, we regret that delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. That said, we completely appreciate your dissatisfaction and are disappointed that you did not receive the optimal delivery experience from the courier on this occasion.

Tiny bit of feedback is the delivery cost is quite high, especially when Bluem give free delivery.
