I’ve been ordering curtains from swags galore for 13 years and never had a problem. I recently made a purchase on April 3 and paid over $200 which was withdrawn from my account. I never received the curtains. I never received a response back from swags core. I’ve sent several emails to Customer Service. I’ve contacted PayPal and made a complaint to receive my money back. I’ve also contacted BBB and made a complaint with them. I have no idea what happened to this company, but I am very disappointed and truly outraged.

This company is a sham..ordered curtains months ago-order 10163 on 3/12/26. my credit card got charged that day but have not received the merchandise. Several email addresses come back as "undeliverable" and the phone number listed takes a message but no calls returned. Also PAyPall from them states $5.00 charge to get a refund form and at the bottom of the form is states $60.00 per month automatically charged for patricipation. So two scams!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. On 3/12/2026 I ordered a pair of valances. They already charged my VISA even though most stores only charge you when they ship. No matter what I do I can not get a reply from them. I know I'm only out $40 but I guess that's the price for learning a lesson. I have ordered from them in the past & had no trouble. Now I will check all reviews.

I ordered seven valances, charged for shipping though it was supposed to be free shipping. I let that go since I really wanted these curtains. My credit card was charged immediately but 3 weeks later, nothing has arrived. I emailed them several times requesting the postal tracking number with no response. I called their customer service number many times only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected. I will be filing a complaint with the PA Attorney General's Office for fraud. I made a huge mistake by not reading the reviews before I purchased from Swags Gallore. There should be accountability for poor customer service.

Company promises 100% satisfaction, yet when you request an RMA # to return product or leave multiple messages on their voicemail, they do not return the call of the number! You have only 30 days and they intentionally do not respond. You are left holding the junky valances in the wrong color and they take your money!! Buyer beware

Bought curtains, returned them for credit. They notified me the return would be processed. Never to hear from them again. Multiple attempts to reach them by phone. Multiplied attempts to reach them by email. Never did get my money back for the product I returned! Had to get my bank involved. VERY POOR BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. I would think they were a scam if I hadn’t received a product to begin with, but certainly believed I was scammed out of $87.00.

Placed an order June 5th. Have not heard anything g since. I’ve called them twice and left messages and also emailed them, all with no response. Wish I had read reviews before dealing with this ‘business’

I, too, am a victim of the scam called Swags Galore!! I purchased several different window treatments and wanted to return four of the items that were not suitable for my windows. Same problem as other unsuspecting buyers have experienced: won't answer their phone or respond to messages and, once the items were sent back, continue to ignore my inquiries and will not refund my money!! This site needs to be closed down!

I purchased curtains and they are defective. I have called, emailed and filled out their return form and have received no response as though the company doesn't exist. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. I feel totally ripped off.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! (See my review on Google, as well as all the other negative ones). Once you purchase their merchandise and pay for it, you are done! If you are not happy, too bad. They don't answer their phone. You can leave a message, but they won't call you back. You are screwed! Take my advice... Stay away from Swags Galore. Part 2. After they were contacted by my credit card company, they sent me emails and even screen shots of a fake return (money) they were returning to my credit card. I then replied that I would delete all of the reviews I posted online. Guess what? There was no return! Nothing. Not only is Swags Galore a crappy business, they are vindictive! I sincerely hope enough people read all the bad reviews and boycot their company.

I ordered April 16, 2025 and still have not received my curtains. I have called them many times left voicemails and no one‘s returned my calls. I’ve also emailed them and no response. Nor have I received a refund… I paid $89.94. I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before I placed my order. They should do the right thing and refund my money!

I placed an order and quickly received a confirmation email. I then received an email with a tracking number and an order status of a label being made. The money was charged to my account That was on 11/08/24. It is now 11/21/24 and nothing has changed. No updated order status, no curtains, nothing. I have called numerous times and I have sent emails, no response at all from the company. I am beginning to think this company is a fake and I have gotten scammed.

I placed an order online and they charged my credit card, but I never received my order. I have tried to call but no answer, and no reply to emails.
Update: I received a refund credit on my card.

I purchased this product and I couldn't be happier
