Production Time Over a Month!
It will take over a month from the date I approved the artwork for hats for them to go through production and be delivered. I never heard of such a bad turn around time. And it's not even a large order, it's only 48 hats. I will NOT be ordering from Swag Print again. Hopefully I will still get the order, I have to wait 2 more weeks! But I have received orders much faster from other vendors. SwagPrint is a no.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered custom coasters in April for bday party, paid for expedited shipping and the next day they say items won’t be delivered in time. I immediately cancelled order. It is now June 18 and I am still waiting on my $170 refund. I’ve called multiple times getting different stories.

I strongly advise anyone considering Swagprint.com to look elsewhere. My experience has been a complete disaster from start to finish.
After placing an order, the delivery date was changed on me three separate times. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to raise the price on my order four different times after the initial agreement. Despite my best efforts to resolve this through multiple phone calls and endless emails, the company ultimately failed to deliver the product at all.
This has been an absolute waste of time and resources for my business. They are unreliable and their communication is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and run away from this company unless you enjoy wasting your time and being overcharged for products you’ll never receive
