Swad India is 100% Fraud. Should be closed immediately !!!

I received the items as ordered. There was a delay, purely because of the courier company. The aftersales support from Swad to sort out the delay was prompt and very useful. Thank you very much.

Total fraud. Placed order for toblorene chocolate. Taken payment. No response. Completely silent.
FRAUD. Be careful and spread the message

Seems like a SCAM. No updates on order placed on July 16th.
No reponse from support team.
Order is prepaid.So seems I have lost the money.

Total scam!! Ordered imported food items From SWAD worth 2995. Money was taken from me via Gpay link name Anshul Agrawal . I received order confirmation and after that nothing. So finally after long i tried contacting . Only 1 no available and that’s switched off. Products never received and money never returned!!!!!! Total scammer legal action must be taken it’s been happening for long and with many people!!! Someone pls help 🙏

Ordered laddus and balushahi from Allabad via the website of Swad India. They messaged that your parcel is delivered. But did not recieve it asked their partner in crime blue dart giving docket no . The blue dart people said it's returned to sender as it's damaged but message says delivered. Who is at fault. Swad india refused to reply to mail sent. Bad company all frauds. This is definately a Fake Website which dupes lot of innocent people.I placed an order on 11th April 2025 and i was assured delivery by 18th april 2025 but inspite of various e mails and whatsapp messages the company has not responded at all and is not answering over phone or otherwise too. Feel very helpless.

It’s been over ten days and my order is still awaiting processing. Don’t order from this site, it’s Fraud. They don’t respond to any emails or messages, will take your money and ghost you.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Avoid Swad India Website!

I placed an order on Swad India over 1.5 months ago, and I was immediately charged. However, I never received my item and have been completely ignored by their customer service.

I have tried multiple times to contact them via email, WhatsApp chat, and mobile, but they do not respond at all. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Beware! This website seems to be a scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them unless they want to lose their money. Do not trust Swad India!

If you’ve had a similar experience, report them to consumer protection authorities to prevent others from being scammed.

I had placed an order in January and i have not yet received my order. I have contacted them through e mail watsapp and insta . No response after the intial chat .

Scam site. No delivery after taking payment, no reverts or updates. Mail gets returned. Donot buy from this site!

The Balmithai from Uttarakhand is heavenly. I have been ordering through Swad India and have always received it fresh. My last order of Laal Peda from Beneras arrived well packaged.

I have been ordering Kayani Bakery’s Shrewsbury biscuits through Swad India for more than 2 years now. The biscuits always arrives fresh and well packaged.

Delightful experience. I was a bit skeptical after getting scammed by another website but the order arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. The Shrewsbury biscuit was great as usual and there was no breakage.

It's a scam. The company is a fraud. Nobody is receiving my calls or messages. My order has not been delivered even after payment is done. I'm gonna file a complaint against that company to CBI officers whoever it may be they have to pay for this. Getting our address, phone number, money and not delivering the order is a big scam.

Me and my family love to try out authentic food from different states of India. As soon as I saw an ad of Swad India, I ordered snacks, pickles, papads, masalas and so many more stuff from from all the states available on their website.
We loved each and every item we tried. Can't wait to try out more stuff.
The website it very easy to use and everything was delivered within 3 days.

Luckily, I came across Swad India when I shifted from the UK to India. I was looking for the Wyke and Collier Cheese that we get in Europe. I have been regularly ordering through them, and it has been a great experience. Occasional delivery delays do happen, but I am more than satisfied with the service.

Best quality Makahana that I ever had. I have been ordering Organic Sattu and Makhana from Swad India since a long time.
