I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent order. I purchased two articles from their platform, which were supposed to be delivered by 29th September 2025. However, as of today, 4th October 2025, the order has still not been delivered.
I have tried reaching out multiple times using the customer care number provided on their website, but unfortunately, no one answers the calls and they are automatically disconnected. I have also sent email regarding this issue, but have yet to receive any response. The communication is very poor.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of after-sales support is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their service standards. I am still waiting for the delivery of my order and expect an immediate resolution.

Very Disappointed experience, recently ordered Balaji Face Idol 7 inch but wrongly received 4 inch and that also damaged product. I am trying request for the replacement through their Website and want processed for last 3 days. While talking with their customer support they want me to measure and send the picture. Post sale very poor support

I ordered Radhe Krishna pocket frame, must say its sober and beautiful. Ms. Atithee assisted me properly by giving her time and proper information of the product.

Recently ordered lord Balaji idol from svastika had a very great experience.

Idol looks more beautiful than the picture shown in the product images and all the detailing is really good, everything is as described.

Received with in 2 days of ordering to Hyderabad, with Bluedart.

Packing is really impressive.

The service is terrible and the return policy is extremely poor. Once you place an order, they stop responding to your calls and messages. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Please do not buy anything from them. The product is not as good as shown in the photos, and the price is way too high for the quality they offer.

I found it on Facebook and was very sceptical to order. I tried searching for their website and ordered a product... The fit and finish of the product is excellent, now I am ordered one more for my friend

Poor customer support.

I placed a prepaid order on 14th May, and while placing the order, they showed expected delivery date as 17th May. They didn’t even ship the order till 16th May. Tried calling their customer support, no one picks. I got a call back from them only after 7pm when their office was closed. They don’t inform customers if the order is delayed, they don’t bother to ship in time or take any accountability. I now doubt about the quality of the product that I will receive. They have chat with us option in Instagram and their people just leave you on seen.

Update: Right after I posted this review, the site requested me to delete or update my review several times, even before delivering the product. I can see they replied below that the original delivery date was 17-19th and they delivered within the original timeframe which is a lie. When I was placing the order, it didn’t show me a range but a date (17th May). I am glad that the order was delivered after so much of hassle. The product quality is average. It already has some dents and is already turning black. So, I am still not sure how authentic are those 5 star reviews in their site.
