Great sales tact and showroom of Glammer.
Disappointing to be sold a dud when you pay over 20k in cash. Difficult for immediate return when you live 200 mile away, so, follow up with concerns to be advised that they will get back to you - then dont.
Anyway, almost killed myself and other road users being sold this dud. Only now, getting back to normal life (from September 2023) despite losing more than half the value of the car due to all its faults and repairs

Luckily I'm still alive because at the time of dealing with this rip off company i was having treatment for prostate problems , and justto warn others keep away from these people...they are the worst ever car dealership I have ever had the mis-fortune to deal with...

Sold me a car with leaking oil problems which cost £££ to repair, the customer service got angry at me on the phone and threatened to waste my money if I talk back, the windscreen was cracked which I couldn't see as it near the top where it is black.

So much for award winning. They lied about the vehicle service history. Lied about the fact we had an oil leak lied about condensation inside the headlights. The £800 warranty they sold us doesn’t cover the problem. Then shut their doors and never resolved these issues.

Pitty they ended on such a low they ripped people off and stole there money at the end disgusting Steve, you should be ashamed of yourself

What sad news that SUV prestige have gone! I bought a 3 year old Macan from them 2 years ago! In 50 years of being in the Motor trade myself I have never seen used cars presented like them! Every detail of the presentation was better than franchise dealers turn a brand new car out! I hope they manage to resurrect a small team by the time I need to change!

Great when buying a car!
Few things needed doing once we had bought it.
Customer service after was awful.
Aftersales seemed to have no clue what they were doing and now all of a sudden business has closed.
If they re opened I would not be buying from these again.

Owners should not be in the trade, I spent £30,000 for a Range Rover, 2 months later engine seized they had my car 4 months only to get a phone call to advise they have gone out of business and can’t repair.
Went to collect my car on a flat bed to find it’s all in bits, gear box out, exhaust and dpf out and the engine not connected just thrown back in.
All nuts and bolts just tossed in the back not arsed.
Just be aware guys companies house you can see a business was there previous and was folded and reset back up.
Warranty only covers £2000 for a £16000 job as it will cost me £3000 to put back together.
All your awards should be revoked immediately you are thieves and con artists.
Definitely one for RIP off Britain will be naming and shaming you shortly.

Company has gone into administration and charged me for warranty on my vehicle yet have never paid it to the warranty company so my warranty has being voided.

The car had paint issues that were meant to be corrected and a safety issue regarding the windscreen wipers not working!! So the company has stolen my warranty money on my finance and I’m getting charged for it!!

If there were minus stars, I would be using them instead.
I purchased a Hyundai Tucson back in the middle of December. I called to enquire the prior weekend about reserving the car and placed a £500 deposit as I was traveling down from Scotland. I was then called on the Friday (the day before) to say the car was not ready. This was a surprise as they had 7 days to get the car ready, but I explained that I have already arranged transport down and could not reschedule. We came to the agreement that I could come down on the pre-arranged day but in the afternoon.

After driving the 4 hr 30 min journey down to SUV Prestige and test driving the Hyundai. I was then greeted with the final bill just to find out that the price of the car had risen £800 more than the advertised. I enquired about this, and I was first lied to about how someone called midweek to mention the inflation of the car price. Then how the algorithm had put up the new competitive price and they would not sell at the original price of the deposit.

I asked for the manager who also asked were I had seen the car price when putting the deposit down (Auto trader) and the proceed to tell me that there must have been a delay on Auto Trader and Car Guru because that was the wrong price. I had screen shots of the original price before both cars were taken off the website and had timestamped the deposit to both photos. The original price was finally honoured.

I wish this was the end of my issues with this car dealership and decided no review would be better than a bad review over a faulty algorithm. However, two days after owning the car the engine management light came on. As per the SUV Prestige Policy of one month’s warranty I called up to explain the situation, I was told someone would call back shortly. After waiting 48 hours I called again and the apologised and sent out an expense form and asked me to get the car diagnosed. However, the expense form sent out had someone other customers name and bank details already on the sheet. I informed them of their mistake, and they said to please delete, and they would send another expense form out. To which I never received. I then scored out the previous details sent the form back along with the diagnosis fault codes received and got the car diagnosed for £50. To which I also had to chase up the reimbursement and the decision to repair the faulty sensor. After a few more unanswered calls and voicemails, I had to take matters into my own hands and repair the car while being out of pocket myself. According to my mechanic, the sensor had been repaired recently but the codes had not been cleared, so the repair bill only came to £80 (in addition to the £50 that I eventually received from SUV prestige).

I would avoid these individuals at all costs. They use shark sales tactics and are incompetent in aftersales. I would have returned the car if I was more local.

Amazing experience dealing with all the guys at SUV Prestige.
I was extremely apprehensive about buying a car that wasn’t local, which meant I couldn’t test drive, however the guys reassured me and made the whole purchase easy and positive. They delivered the car to my door just before Christmas and I am over the moon. I will definitely use them again and recommend. Thank you all again

Purchased a vehicle with the Lifeshine option and the extended 2yrs Warranty. They did a terrible job with the Lifeshine which cost over £400.( if they did it at all). When complained given the runaround and then told today by Harry ( sales) 30th Jan 2024 that all the sales team had been made unemployed and the company going into administration. Beware folks

Do not take warranty cover out through AUTOGUARD extended warranties.... Will exclude certain items due to age and mileage of vehicle. Not worth the paper its written on. Happy to take the money though...

Another Poor experience with This garage my car went in for a repair which I had to fight for. They give me the car back in a poor state the heat shield was hanging off and the gear stick was not at the correct hight I don’t no what they had done but the car was not right.
I then 2 months later eventually got the car back to them to sort there problems out they reattached the damaged heat shield that was damaged due to there bad workmanship they didn’t replace the part and bodged the gear stick up to put it level again the head light fills with water they have put a new windscreen in which was defected. I have contacted trading standards regarding This they have had the car twice to carry out the repairs and still have not carried this out. To top this off they give me a loan car with no tax this has not been taxed since June so if you have had this car which is a blue Ford focus is the car. so if you have drove this car you drove this illegally. Also the staff are rude and aggressive towards customers please avoid and wait to leave a review as they are nice until something goes wrong with your car looking at the 1 star reviews this seems to be the same problem everyone is having with them please be very careful buy from these.

I have also rejected my car back as the law states it’s 6 month for a refund which i am still in date for. And if you didn’t no if the car is in their garage the time is frozen. They are keeping my money from me now and trying
To charge me for the collection of the untaxed vehicle which was loaned to me please be careful as it’s your license not there’s. Also trying to charge me storage for my car they are not professional people.

Been a picked my car up as the hassle off this garage is not worth it . They have been driving my vehicle as the miles has gone up they haven’t put fuel in also the car was not washed and the guy who handed the key back to me was rude this garage is so unprofessional please avoid

Very disappointed with this company. Went to see car, took it for a test drive, loved it, put a deposit in it. Told them I was in the middle of getting a loan and should have the funds in approx 1 week. The money hadn’t landed so I contacted them to say it would be another 3 working days. They didn’t like this and refunded my deposit and put the car back on the market. I gave them proof of my money, but they didn’t like not having it in their bank quickly. Not professional. Not happy. Had already bought insurance in advance of the collection. Be careful of this.

Great service from all the staff and the car was mint and at the best price possible, will definitely return for my next car.

We bought our car from these last week and the salesman we delt with was brilliant couldn't be more helpful he looked after us all the way through brilliant he's a credit to the company

Recently bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from SUV Prestige.
Great service from start to finish from Terry, Andy and Gary.
Had an issue with the media screen but was quickly rectified.
Would highly recommend.

Easy to deal with, very friendly and contactable. Did all the required items on my new car without issue and made the whole process seemless!
