I searched for a surveyor in Newcastle and saw a number. I had already picked this surveyor after reading reviews. They actually rang me at the same time and we agreed a price. The survey a chose was for a listed building. The report I received was extremely detailed with photographs to support the findings. They outlined areas for further questions from the seller. I found the surveyor highlighted areas I had already flagged up with the viewing but also areas e.g. roof and loft I could not access. I would recommend the company.

I found Surveynorth listed on an internet based comparison site and decided to contact them as they were a local company who could provide a survey and property valuation for probate use, at a reasonable price. I can't find fault with the service that they provided which was prompt, efficient, professional and tailored to suit my needs. The staff i dealt with were personable and extremely helpful. The survey was arranged at short notice and the surveyor arrived on time as scheduled. I received his detailed survey report and valuation on the date that i had been told it would be delivered. Overall an excellent experience. I would definately use Surveynorth again.

EXCELLENT TOP QUALITY SURVEY

Natalie and Leanne were absolutely fantastic! They walked me through every step of the journey, gave me updates and confirmed when the survey went ahead. The survey was completed in the timeframe stated and their portal was really easy to use. We spoke with the vendor we are buying the house from and they said how delightful the surveyor person was when visiting the house. All round 10/10, would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks again for making buying a house a lot less stressful!
