I have emailed Survey Consensus several…

I have emailed Survey Consensus several times since 2017 . I have been unable to take a single survey. Everything's fine until I get to the I AM NOT A ROBOT box. I could press it a hundred times and it never, ever works. I have asked for their help and have not once received a response. Yet they keep sending me surveys. Aaargh!

Ripoff

Took 3 surveys. Never got credit for the. Contacted customer support through the website twice and have been ignored. There are many legitamate survey sites out there. RUN from this one.

I am having issues trying to redeem …

I am having issues trying to redeem 1850 points , I have completed 8 surveys It requires you to complete 3 surveys and have 1500 points and I completed 8 surveys. I have tried several times to contact support and they have not responded back to me. The phone number provided is no help , you need to know the extension of who you are trying to reach I can not find any information on that either. I really enjoy taking surveys on this site , I also do not like complaining about anybody either but I am out of all options trying to get and answer.

I write again because i didnt get my 15$ cash & have passed almost 2 weeks but didnt get it and also have enough points and passed enough surveys to cash out. But every time I click the redeem button, nothing happens! I have emailed support many times but they didn't send back to me! I have called and the phone just rings and rings! I guess this is because they don't want to pay anyone! I would have given a less star rating but this is a simple site with only surveys to take, no games, polls, or gimmicks. I just wish I could cash out!but Hard to redeem!

This is a new survey site I have had …

This is a new survey site I have had good luck with so far. In just a couple months, I was able to redeem about $30 of points. Also, they pay straight to PayPal without any "processing" time once you are eligible to cash out points.
Another good thing about this site is that even though you might not qualify for every survey you try, you still get points for trying.
As far as customer service goes, I have had excellent experience with their e-mail correspondence and the Representative who helped me was efficient, understanding and fast.
Lastly, if you are interested in referring friends, their is a very good bonus and commission structure. Overall a good site with a lot of opportunity to earn!

I have sent 3 emails I have 1600 points …

I have sent 3 emails I have 1600 points and wanted to redeem the first email they sent me one back saying to give them 48 hours to approve my redemption. I sent two more and did not get any emails back. Its been over 2 weeks much longer than 48 hours. I took the surveys so I deserve to be paid.

Can't pass surveys

I have only been a member for a short time but have enough points and passed enough surveys to cash out. But everytime I click the redeem button, nothing happens! I have emailed support many times but they just send my email to them back to me! I have called and the phone just rings and rings! I guess this is because they don't want to pay anyone! I would have given a less star rating but this is a simple site with only surveys to take, no games, polls, or gimmicks. I just wish I could cash out! You only need 1500 points for 15.00 to PayPal and you need to have passed a minimum of 3 surveys to redeem. Easy to do. Hard to redeem!

They finally sent me an email. It said when I reach 1500 points to contact them and they will let me know how to redeem? WHAT?? This is why I sent them an email in the first place!!! I told them I have enough points and to tell me how to redeem!!! I can't believe this survey company! They are using stall tactics so they don't have to pay their members!! Next I will write the BBB if they don't tell me how to redeem. How many emails do I have to send them? I have sent them at least 7 emails. This is rediculous! I will let you know if I ever get paid! In the meantime they keep sending me surveys.

Well they finally replied to me and I am not happy. They want me to send them my PayPal email and I will get paid in 48 hours! I don't feel I should have to wait a second more! Also, they have my Paypal account in my profile account info. Why should I have to send it again? They have it already! I sent it anyway but I do not like that they are telling me I have to wait another 48 hours! After all the stall tactics you would think they would WANT to make me happy and send it ASAP!
I will keep everyone posted on what happens next and will update my review AGAIN.

OK, so they sent me ANOTHER email. No, not my money, another email saying they are aware I am eager for $15.00 but they have formalities they must follow. They apologized for the confusion and said my issue is a top priority. Their email had 4 paragraphs.
The time it took them to type and send me that email they could have and should have just sent me my money instead of another stall tactic. Yes, I am eager for the $15.00! Even if it was $5.00, I did everything I was supposed to and spent a few months and more than a few hours of my time answering their surveys. Then to have to email more than 11 times for my money is more than I should have had to do. I will wait, I don't have a choice now. Will update everyone again!.

Well I am sort of happy now. After sending over 12 emails I finally got my money but I only got $14.04 NOT $15.00 like they said they sent me. They took a $.96 fee to send my money to PayPal. Then why did they say in their email to me they sent $15.00? They will say it was a processing fee. I belong to over 18 survey companies, no one else does this. I just wish they would have been prompt and honest in the first place.

As I said, this is a simple survey site that sends a lot of surveys to do so you can cash out in a reasonable amount of time. I hope they fix their technical glitches. It will then be a fantastic site to join. Try it out. Give it a chance.

They FROZE MY ACCOUNT after I cashed out. They still keep sending me surveys but they are NOT crediting my account 5 points for not qualifying for them. Now I am frozen at the same points as when I cashed out. This is rediculous. Why would they keep sending me surveys and I take the time to do them and I don't get credited for 5 points for trying! I can't believe a company would do this to a member!!

So now they say I won't get the 5 points for trying but not qualifying for all of the surveys I try because they say there are fraud cases where people are just clicking the link to the survey but not trying just to get 5 points. I am so offended. I am NOT a fraud and I answer every single survey in an honest way every time. I think they want me to unsubscribe because of these bad reviews I am giving. I wouldnt have to give these bad reviews if they would just do what they say they are going to do! It still says on their site you will get 5 points for trying every survey even if you don't qualify. I spend up to 3 hours a day on this site trying to qualify for a survey. I am not a fraud. I am offended you would think I am though.

I really don't know what to make of this company. Again I tried to send them an email through their own support system and they sent MY email to them BACK TO ME! They revamped their site, just like Univox did, and took away the 5 points they give you if you don't qualify. It was a fiasco for Univox when they tried to take away the 5 dq points. At least they reinstated it. Here at Survey Consensus it is just about impossible to pass a survey. I could spend 3 hours today trying and not pass a single one and to not get anything for my wasted time is rediculous.
Anyway on my Dashboard page, the My Points page it says I have 7 surveys waiting. But everytime I try to take a survey it says Error 404. I don't know what this means but their is always some kind of problem with this site. I don't think it is worth trying anymore and I truly believe they want me to unsubscribe. Why else would I keep having problems on this site? Anyone else not happy with this site?

Can you please elaborate, what do you mean by "Froze My Account"? Also, we want to inform you that the company has changed its policy of crediting 5 points even if you do not qualify for the surveys, We notice that there are a few fraud cases recently and these respondents they were just clicking on the links and earning 5 points and accumulating points and wanted some quick money rather than giving value in the surveys.

Hopefully, we start this policy again in the near future!

I have not qualified for one survey in weeks, maybe too old? This is a waste of time. Been trying to "unsubscribe", and even that doesn't work. I just get some garbled message from "Apache Tomcat" ????????????? Useless!!!!!!!!

We send surveys matching to your profile, so if they are not filled there are high chances of not qualifying for the surveys.
