I have a subscription with surprise shirts. I had to change my payment details and when I changed my payment I accidentally set up a second subscription which I didn't notice however the next day I was emailed asking if was a mistake I confirmed that us was and they kindly cancel my subscription.They didn't have to do this so I was pleased with the customer service.

Amazing service. We have ordered a few shirts now and they have all been great quality and really interesting shirts. The fact card that comes with them is brilliant. Can’t fault their customer service, they even sent a note with the last shirt saying they had sent a different size as the sizes for the shirt they sent tend to come up differently.

My son was over the moon with his surprise shirt! Customer service is also amazing - they went above and beyond to help when a shirt didn't fit. 100% recommend as an alternative gift idea.

I ordered 2 shirts shortly before Christmas but unfortunately they were too big when I measured them against one my son already had.
I called customer services & spoke to Rob - he was amazing !! Sent out 2 more shirts in the smaller size & I returned the ones I’d originally ordered.
My sons were really pleased with the shirts & they were great quality.
Definitely recommended buying from Surpriseshirts - you won’t be disappointed !!

So simple to order, easy to change my subscription too which makes such a huge difference.
My son opened his 1st shirt tonight as his 1 allowed gift on Christmas eve. He loves the shirt and when I told him I had got a subscription he was over the moon.
Shirt is fan quality and is a perfect fit for him.
Looking forward to the next one which will be arriving soon.

The best football shirt companies out there. Its not the fact they take the time in hand packing each and every t-shirt or that they place a small pack if harios in with every box that makes them special or that there passionate about connecting with there customers with the Coventry box they did have to now going to to going to places like krakow with them to watch fairant a team they sponsor. What makes surprises shirts special is that they open vast footballing world up to you. From the time being subscribed to them I have received tops from teams from Mexico second division sided to Romanian champions and every in-between it has become the best part of month receiving my monthly box of them because I look forward to genuine randomness of it they truly are SURPRISE SHIRTS.

Absolute love Surprise shirts who are the best surprise/mystery shirt company going. customer service is great and always kept up to date with tracking. They also offer loads of discounts and ways to get your parcel cheaper. A proper family business, keep up the good work

I've received the ugliest and the chepest jersey ever ... They sell it at 50 dolars and it cost less than 20 dolars... feels like a scam to me ...

Received a great shirt for my son from Surprise Shirts. Had a slight problem but it was rectified immediately by Rob. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I’ll definitely order from here again and wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had issues with my parcel. Royal Mail delivered it, but put it in my wheelie bin and didn’t let me know that it was there.
I hadn’t been staying at home due to family issues and when I got home, I received an update to my order from Royal Mail saying the package had been delivered. I then checked tracking and it showed a photo from inside my bin. The bins had been emptied twice since the parcel had been sent. I got in touch with Royal Mail who dismissed any liability, and told me to get in touch with the sender, which I did.
Kellie answered my call and she was with someone in the office who immediately agreed to send me another shirt, free of charge and then sent an email confirming new delivery and tracking details.
The customer service those guys have is exceptional. As a retail manager myself, I expect my staff to uphold the values the guys at surprise shirts do.
I highly recommend them and will order from them in the future.

After receiving my recent order, I realized I had put in the incorrect size. I called the company and the call was answered immediately by Rob. He was extremely understanding and issued a replacement order. The order was sent via next day mail and was received today. I am most impressed with the courteous and
excellent service we have received. Well done.

Love this company! Superb communication, shirts always arrive when they say they will and are always well received by my son and hubby. Highly recommend.
