Good product, didn't work for me
I can see the vision here. Unfortunately, I personally could not get a good seal with these ear plugs. I tried all sizes and couldn't get a solid seal. However, there is definitely potential here and could work for other people. I could also hear much better when compared to other earplugs. Unfortunately my ears could not take advantage of a great idea.

Nice against water in the ear
They really helped me with my issue with getting water in my ear on a smooth 2m day.
Though I haven’t found the perfect matching pieces, so it wasn’t too comfortable wearing them.

There is nothing wrong with the product…
There is nothing wrong with the product in terms of variety of fit, quality and flexibility. If you have a perforation in your ear drum my experience (alas) is that YOU SHOULD NOT USE this product as water will ingress, regardless and cause otitis media or worse.
Where they worked is when there was on splash risk NOT immersion.
I am due for a repair of my eardrum and so when that is done I do hope they work.
I am so sorry I’ve had to review like this but others like me, who love being on and in the water need to be aware.

Beyond satisfied with my surf ears. I firsy wasn't able to order on the website due to an issue, but the team was very reactive and let me place the order a couple minutes later. I received swim ears instead of surf ears, yet the team reacted quickly again and sent surf ears. Overall very good experience.

I have been trying to reach someone about spare parts to replace a broken tether that is less than 1 year old. Ive tried 3 emails and a message on FB.
Your product is good. But the quality has been suspect (I have been wearing them for 3 years) and it sucks when I cant get a hold of anyone replace a defective part.

SurfEars have become a great solution…
SurfEars have become a great solution for me, as my ears were often in pain when surfing because of the water that rushed inside. These earplugs are very light and I loved that you are offered different sizes of each of the parts so that you can make sure they actually fit your ears and stay in without too much pressure (saying this as a person who constantly has this issue with headphones!).
Additional respect goes to the customer support team who helped me deal with the delivery issues caused by the local postal service.
