Well-informed staff and prompt delivery
I needed a new lightning-USB A cable for my iPad, and rang SureLook IT to check if they had what I was looking for. Their staff were very helpful, and well informed. I order the cable through their website; it was delivered promptly and works well.

Hello Byron,
I have carefully checked our customer records and order history, and I cannot find your name or any related order in our system. Could you please provide your order number so that we can call you and resolve any concerns directly?
It’s possible that our website has been confused with another seller, as we do not appear to have any record of your details, nor do we operate or sell to South Africa (ZA), which is where your review was submitted from. We only operate in the Republic of Ireland. (ROI).
As you can see from our many previous reviews, our customers consistently rate us very highly. If this review was left in error, we kindly ask that you update it. However, if there is a genuine issue we may have overlooked, please let us know so we can make it right.
To anyone else reading this review: please note that we have no record of this customer and do not sell in the region this review was posted from. Our verified customers continue to rate us very positively, and we remain committed to delivering the high standard of service reflected in the rest of our feedback.
Kind regards

Hi Paul, thanks very much for your order and feedback.
Initially sceptical but pleasently surprised
Initially I was very skeptical of SureLookIt. I've never heard of it and I thought it was a scam. After doing some research and not being able to find anything negative about the site, I decided to take a risk and order my new GPU. They had an Asus ROG Strix 5070ti at a great price. I was able to avail of a 10% discount too which brought the price down even more. It actually ended up costing less than some of the lower end 5070ti's. After ordering I had a question and sent a message using their online form. A few minutes later I received a call and Keiran was able to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed. After a few days the graphics card arrived and I am delighted with it! I would definitely recommend SureLookIt and I will be ordering from them again
