Hi Audrey, thanks very much for your order and feedback.
Incredibly happy with the service
Incredibly happy with the service. Ordered around 5pm and it arrived by 11am the next day. Great communication on my order via email updates and my order arrived really well packaged and in perfect condition. I've been looking for a place to order tech bits n pieces that wasn't Amazon, and I am delighted to say I have found it - this local irish company does it 100times better! Will buy from them again.

Better than expected, recommend
I was a bit skeptical at first but they took care of the order very quickly. I ordered a laptop on a Monday evening, outside working hours, and it was delivered in Thursday afternoon. Three working days as advertised, no problems at all.

DVD watching enhanced
Being not great with tech and appliances, this purchase of an HDMI cable was a bit of a shot in the dark. However I needed one for my new DVD player. It arrived promptly and eventually hooked it up and the difference in quality of picture and sound is excellent. Thank you for making my visual enjoyment better !!!

5 star customer service
5 star customer service. Had an issue where my ordered product went missing while being handled by the delivery company. SureLookIT couldn't have dealt with this situation better and more generously. Really made the most of a bad hand. Would definitely give them return business in a heartbeat.
