Customer care top notch
I ordered 2 items for 2 phones with very similar model numbers. I got a phone call almost immediately double checking that I hadn't ordered a wrong item by mistake. I hadn't but this was greatly appreciated. Item arrived next morning after ordering in the afternoon. Great service!

Very poor charge
Very poor charge. The little fan I order on full charge only lasts about an hour, I have to have it plugged in constantly to keep it going, very disappointed!

"Outstanding Service and Great Deals at SureLookIT.com"
I recently purchased 64GB of RAM from SureLookIT.com and got an excellent deal with a great discount. The RAM works perfectly on my laptop. Before delivery, I emailed the SureLookIT.com support team to inquire about an update, and within less than 5 minutes, Ciaran personally called me back. He was incredibly helpful and even followed up the next day with another call to provide an update on the delivery. On the day of delivery, he called again to confirm everything was on track. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding. I highly recommend SureLookIT.com—their prices are fantastic, and the service is top-notch!
