Supremo Omdömen 

Supremo, like other remote control software, lets anyone you allow to control and operate your computer if connected to the Internet. So, if used by a technical support person THAT YOU KNOW AND TRUST (not a voice on a telephone), probably 5 stars. Used by thieves, usually starting with a voice phone call, asking you to connect to Supremo then transfer money with various pretexts: minus 5 stars. I have had many thieves trying to use it, and AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc., e.g. to instruct my bank to make a "test transaction" of £20,000 and/or provide my bank details.

The thieves are not connected with the Supremo company, but use the free trial Supremo offers.

I recently had problems with my furniture cover. I contacted customer services, My problem was sorted out efficiently and very much to my satisfaction.
Our Supremo furniture is lovely and the cover fits perfectly. I hve no hesitation in recommending Supremo.

I have white stains on my outdoor garden set. I emailed Supremo asking if they could suggest a way to remove them. They gave me some tips and answered my query really quickly. I was most impressed by the swiftness of their response. One happy customer!,

Was looking to resolve a fault on our fire pit table - we still have had no word of this yet and it has been 2 months since we
Inquired.

SCAM - used by scam companies to access bank accounts, in the guise of 'technical support' I was caught by a so called 'Netflix Customer Service' - a third party service that tells you it has 'deals' for cheaper Netflix annual payments. Delete and erase this from your files immediately. Otherwise they can get back into your computer.

This is the WORST application to allow remote users on. I nearly lost my computer to this dingus app. DO NOT AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT INSTALLING THIS. I REPEAT, DO NOT AND DO NOT EVEN THING ABOUT INSTALLING THIS. This is a virus with a user host.

Scammers preying on old people selling ‘tech support’ and taking money from them. This company are disgusting- AVOID

No installation needed so they access your computer, slow it, then tell you it has been hacked and that you need to purchase virus protection, while they collect your personal information. They target those who are not so tech savvy. The phone call kept cutting out, getting extremely loud at times and the call center could br distinctly heard in the background from a mile a way. When they connected to my computer this morning and pulled this on me, I shut my computer down and contacted the tech support, AND VIRUS PROTECTION, I already have! DO NOT GUVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. IT IS A SCAM JUST LIKE THE HUNDRED OTHERS EXATLY LIKE IT GOING AROUND THE INTERNET RIGHT NOW. Go with OFFICE DEPOT TECH SUPPORT. Virus protection included.

Scam !!!!

I was Hacked this morning through this remote desktop user. Posed as a company I was getting a refund from. Tried to get my banking information!

Called FBI

scammed out of $2,800 and they will not return phone calls. supposedly all agents are busy. complete rip-off
