I have been a customer of Suppz since 2008

I have been a customer of Suppz since 2008...every single time I reach out to Brent or place an order, I get almost immediate responses. My products ship quickly and I get them very shortly after. I have never once had an issue with shipping or the wrong product being delivered. If I ever order a product that's out of stock, Brent personally reaches out to me to apologize and offer an alternative as a replacement. He is very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust my business with any other company in this space.

Mismanaged Inventory & Poor Customer Experience

I placed an order for Vanilla Nutrex Whey, only to be told after the fact that the company had oversold and didn’t actually have the product in stock. This means their website inventory isn’t accurate, which is very unprofessional and misleading to customers.

Instead of a smooth purchase, I was left waiting with no clear timeline of when my order would be fulfilled. I had to push to get an alternative (Chocolate flavor) shipped instead, just so I wouldn’t be left with nothing.

If a company can’t manage something as basic as updating stock on their website, it really hurts customer trust. I hope they fix this moving forward, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them unless they get their inventory and communication in order.

Great service from my experience

I see some mixed reviews but I can say they helped me when I made a mistake on my order. I ordered late on Monday night and received shipping confirmation from them the next day, I noticed by my mistake I had ordered all of the same flavor of protein when I meant to put 2 & 2 of two different flavors, I called and they actually answered with a living breathing human being and said UPS hasn’t picked it up yet and they will gladly switch them for me. What more can you ask for?

The product works great gets you amped…

The product works great gets you amped and pushes you through your workout with no crash afterwards.

I would give it five stars except for the packaging, you need little hands to reach into the container to fish out the very small scoop, by the time you fish it out then try to get a scoop of the product, your hand is covered in the product and it’s all over the counter every morning, that needs to be addressed, all the other containers I’ve purchased have a long handled scoop.

We asked for a sample package

We asked for a sample package. It arrived in the time it stated. But.... everything was expired in 2020 and we're in 2022. I'm afraid if I placed an order that I'm getting expired products so there's that trust that is broken.

I have always received great products…

I have always received great products on time. I especially love the Hellfire EPH, Dianabol, and Decabolin. I have had great results! Also, there are plenty of coupon offers and deals for low prices.

100% legit company

100% legit company, my go to for pro hormones, my most recent order being Hi Tech Pharmas Halodrol. Customer service and shipping times are good. Would recommend to anyone looking for andros.
