Frustrating Support Experience: Solved the Issue Myself After an Hour?

I encountered an issue that wasn't covered in the FAQs. When I tried to get help through the popup box, it kept directing me to choose between contact options or forums, but none of these were helpful. The worst part was the phone support, which repeatedly told me it couldn't process my request. After an hour of trying to get assistance, I ended up solving the problem on my own.

Literally Xbox has the worst interface…

Literally Xbox has the worst interface I've ever seen, I can't make an account that's not linked to an email which has no benefits to me and is a nightmare to work with because it constantly gets signed out which means you have to sign back in using the worst typing system known to mankind. Furthermore the button that they have to use another device which would make it slightly less inconvenient, does not even function properly as it just stutters the screen and does not allow you to use another device. I tried going in via another button saying forgot your account or something along those lines, which has you put in your email 2 times and put in two codes, which is redundant and a waste of my time, and then finally once you put in your email and code for the second time you cant continue with an Xbox controller which I find to be wildly frustrating, long story short I just spent an hour trying to play a game that I even have a disc for but still couldn't play without signing in which is the real issue.

Microsoft supports harassment and bans those who stand up against it while employing zero competent employees

Received a suspension for allegedly "inappropriate behavior" for the message "Gj though Hobophobic keep up the good work my guy 😁😊" where i supported a player named Hobophobic(their gamertag) after a different player was harassing them and telling them to quit the game. They deemed this as "inappropriate behavior" yet never deleted the comment of the harassment telling the player hobophobic to quit the game. I will no longer be supporting this absolute dumpster fire of a company and will be buying a playstation instead.

€50 credit disappeared on my account

I redeemed a €50 Microsoft/Xbox gift card on my account. After a few days I wanted to buy something with it and I saw that the €50 credit had suddenly disappeared and was no longer on my account. Contacted Microsoft Support several times, but unfortunately without success. Case Number: 7041343890

Ich bin schon seit einem knappen Jahr…

Ich bin schon seit einem knappen Jahr dabei eine Rückerstattung zubekommen, nämlich zu einem Xbox Elite Series 2. Ich war schon mal soweit, dass ich mich bei Payment anmelden konnte nur war das Formular für USA nicht für Deutschland. Aktuell habe ich seit einem dreiviertel Jahr keinen Controller und vom Geld keine Spur. Ich werde nur hingehalten und verarscht, dass hätte ich nicht von so einem großen Unternehmen gedacht, bin echt in täuscht und werde jedem anderem empfehlen die Finger von den Sachen zulassen da der Support echt unter aller S.. ist.
