I received my order with Supplied Shop in a timely manner. Everything was packaged perfectly. No broken items. I did receive one item with missing parts but it was taken care of by Supplied Shop Customer Service. Everyone is very professional and helpful.

Supplied customer service is #1 in my book!! I have dealt with other companies and they have all been very helpful but Supplied has always gone above and beyond! Products are amazing and if for whatever reason you are not satisfied.... they will make it right. Irish is AMAZING!!

Irish in customer support is the best! I have been battling health issues since late August and unable to get through orders timely and had some damaged items in one of the orders and that was no problem at all and she processed the refund for those items right away. Definitely loved working with Irish, Thanks for having such understanding, knowledgeable employees Supplied!!

I totally understand that things happen and defects are sometimes missed by the human eye! When I notified supplied of my defective item they immediately started my refund process and was very professional and apologetic! I absolutely love supplied! ❤
