Can't fault SS
since receiving an order tracker from the wonderful Kate at Superself it's a perfect process... I can see where and when my order will be arriving, its normally via Amazon but no updates so having the ability to see now means I never miss a delivery and that's truly great as I've come to trust this brand I'm loathed to try and find one better!! Superb supplements, excellent prices and the rewards are great for trying something new and not spending any money (or only a few quid at most) 5☆ A+

Marine Collagen
Marine Collagen. Just received 2nd bottle through Amazon. They taste of plastic. Not like the first bottle. Not sure I want to continue as no significant change for arthritis pains. Will probably seek a different brand. UPDATE Superself have been very proactive in helping me find a replacement product. I’m pleased to say I’m now taking collagen powder in a drink, which is tasteless. Can’t fault their customer service. Review changed to 3 stars.

Out of date product sent but rectified later
Item received promptly, but ordered it in May'23 and bottle expiry was 05/23. Given that each bottle contains a two month supply, the capsules are out of date before I've even opened the bottle.
2/6 update - company contacted me to apologise and immediately sent a replacement which I received on 2nd June. Can't fault their customer service.
