A Real Experience and Truth.
Just here to let you all know this is a scam website for numours reasons After looking at the prices vs thca content, it doesn't add up. (To good to be true) They are claiming some of these strains are straight up more potent then they are everywhere else. (False) only way to contact them is an email. (Red flag) Upon looking at reviews I read the multiple recent negatives reviews and they seem to be shipping issues or no dilvery at all. Even one person allegedly shipped "trash". (Not looking good) Read the positive reviews, and at first looks good but if you really look, there seems to be reviews of a literal smoke shop and not an online site. (Caught lying) lastly how negative reviews are handled shows a lack of care and only playcating to look like they are doing good while basically trying to discredit you.
Don't waste your money.
Only they will profit.
Careful of these site, there are many.
They work because they let product go (rare), to make it look like its purchaseable then cut it off.

I rarely leave negative reviews
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warranted one. My order was shipped to the wrong address twice, despite providing the correct address in writing and receiving confirmation. The tracking number provided shows my package is currently in California — nowhere near Corpus Christi, Texas.
Customer support has been unresponsive and has yet to resolve the issue. I've given them until end of business Friday to make this right.
I'm a patient person, but two shipping errors and poor communication is difficult to overlook. I hope they make this right — I'll update this review if they do.
As of April 17th:
Despite a previous response acknowledging the error and promising a replacement shipment, no tracking number has been provided and communication has gone silent again. Today is the deadline I gave them. Two shipping failures and now unresponsive follow-through — I cannot recommend this company at this time.

Based on the generic 5 star reviews, I’ll go by the negative reviews and will NOT be buying from this “company”. The company name was also abandoned in March…..sounds like a scam. On February 2, we were supposed to get a package. We had a bad snowstorm here in Blairsville and the package was lost by our postal people super green. Confirm that fact after waiting about two weeks and resend our package we finally were going to get it today and they intercepted the package for what reason I don’t know we are elderly people on a fixed income, both myself and my wife have bought many items from super green never had a poem before all of a sudden now we can’t seem to get any satisfaction for something was absolutely not our fault. The original package to be sent was out for delivery by the tracking and then it was said it couldn’t be delivered because of weather then the package they sent to replace it two weeks later they intercepted is this a software glitch as this people not paying attention I don’t know, but at this point, I’m very dissatisfied with super great well $250 for no good reason

The tracking confirmation shows a completed delivery — there was no weather delay, interception, or failed delivery associated with this shipment.
We have also verified your order details internally and can confirm it was fulfilled correctly and delivered as confirmed by USPS.
At this time, we are unable to find any record of a lost shipment, weather-related return, or intercepted replacement package connected to this order. Because the tracking shows confirmed mailbox delivery on January 20, we have not issued or processed a replacement shipment for this order.
We completely respect our customers and take every concern seriously. However, based on the official carrier confirmation, the claim that the package was lost or intercepted does not align with the shipping record.

First off I find the prices for this flower I think are pretty reasonable. I've ordered from SG twice so far and they are pretty quick to get it shipped. I like the quality of the flower. . I Don't Trust These People !
Prices on Supergreenshemp are way, way, way higher for the same strains I am able to buy elsewhere. Zero contact information except an Email address. What are these hemp firms hiding from ? This is the Wild West days of buying THCa online. Almost ZERO customer service at any of these firms. Supergreenshemp appears to be one of the more untrustworthy -- and I have seen loads of those sites.
Update: Supergreenshemp sent me an Email and claims all their strains are 'better'. Those places are all the same -- all 'better' than all the others. I don't trust those people as far as I can toss a walrus...

False advertising- but made a replacement in time!!
First time ordering with this company and ordered a more top shelf product. Unfortunately what I got was nothing like what was advertised on their website. Noticeably different in picture and different amount of THCA. I emailed the company right when I received the product and they got back to me saying that they would escalate it and I still have not heard anything that was three days ago. I would be very leery from buying from this company.
Update!! They reached out to me and said they will replace the item!! I will update the outcome!!

Still have not received a replacement. And I reached out to them today and they have no order for replacement. So I think they are not doing that and not replacing anything and just told me that to appease me. It was over 10 days ago. I received this product and it is crap!!!!!!!!!!
I did receive a replacement, but it took about 11 days. If I were to order online again, I might order from here, but it was such a bad experience. I doubt I will.

So overly satisfied, I’ll quit while I’m ahead. No need to even try anywhere else. Quality is through the roof! 30+ years with this and I rarely say wow. I’m am over the top impressed.
