High quality service
High quality service. They were so helpful and friendly. They understood what I wanted and provided an excellent clear bright digital image of a 50-year old slide. I will be using them again for more of my legacy slides.

Supaphoto we're great
Supaphoto we're great. They transfered 3 audio tapes to .mp3 files so I can download and keep them for ever. Lovely to hear my Mum's voice again after 9 years. Customer service was excellent and they genuinely seemed to care about preserving my tapes. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Emile and team at Superphoto. I had so many old camcorder tapes that we were desperate to look at, following losing my dad and mum in law last year. Emile understood the precious nature of these memories of our children and family. I felt 100% safe leaving them in his professional care. Communication was fantastic. Time for turnaround excellent- days! We have loved starting to look at these memories as will the rest of our family. He’s now done over 24 tapes for me. 100% recommend a local company rather than sending them off somewhere unknown. I’ve recommended Emile to friends with similar tapes and we are now sorting through other things from my dad and mum in law to transfer.

I wanted to suprise my parents with…
I wanted to suprise my parents with some of their old VCR and camera rolls in a format they could enjoy today , I had no idea where to start , from my very first point of contact the team at supaphoto have been knowledgable and supportive with the best way to convert the old reels to digital.
Some of the film reels have been damaged over time , and the team and have managed to fix them and convert for me . The process really was stress free and seamless !!

A friendly, expert service for digitising cherished family memories
Supaphoto provide a friendly and highly knowledgeable service and expertly digitised a 50+ year old cassette tape containing the only recording that we have of my father's voice. We didn't even know it would be possible to recover anything from such an old tape and this will mean a lot to our whole family. Definitely recommend!

From my first contact with Supaphoto the member of the team sounded very cheerful, came across as highly efficient, explained the process of converting my old slides to a memory stick, gave me a price guide and immediately sent all the details in the post. I was told by colleagues I could get it done locally, but I was so impressed with Supaphoto I decided to go ahead with them.
