Horrific. Short of being a youth hostel. The smell of cigarettes in our room, in the bed etc. awful. Everything needs to be upgraded !!! No reception so hard to complain at 10pm. The only plus is the lovely girl the next morning who mans reception through the day.

Dear Ms. Fay.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and I was truly sorry to hear about your experience at the Piraeus Premium Suites and that your stay did not meet expectations. The issues you’ve described — particularly the smell of smoke and the condition of the room — are unacceptable and not reflective of the usual standards expected. Please be assured that we are addressing these concerns immediately with the hotel concerned to prevent this from happening again.
I was glad to hear that the Reception team member made a positive impression and I will make sure she receives your kind words.
We value your feedback as it helps us maintain and improve our standard of service and we would welcome the opportunity to attend to your travel needs again in the future when we are confidence of securing a holiday that will meet with your entire satisfaction.
Kind Regards
Kathy Cashe
