The scooter is great runs and looks like new and my request for larger batteries was fulfilled free of charge. It arrived quite quickly the only slight thing, I asked if the scooter had a road license as it is category 3, by email soon after paying for it; but got no response so had to ring after it had arrived they said they would sort it out, which takes a few weeks. It would have been nice if they had responded to the email the week before, that is the only reason I gave them 4 instead 5 stars.

The customer service is second to none.
We purchased a scooter from Charlie which was a seamless experience, it was delivered on the time agreed and for a second hand scooter was in immaculate condition.
Unfortunately on the first run out the scooter was involved in an accident but Charlie and the team got it back together and working.
The customer service is second to none.

The driver was very friendly, did a full run through and even provided a sheet to cover the basic controls and charging.
Made the decision to buy because of the way we was treated, the competitive price and the 12 months warranty that was included!

I'm lost for words but here goes
Mobility scooter purchased earlier this year and I admittedly let the batteries go flat but I can't help having a heart attack and being unable to plug the charger in at home. They sent an engineer out to replace the batteries at their cost thanks for that BUT the speedo doesnt work not sure if it ever worked. So the engineer came out lovely guy and fitted a second hand instrument cluster totally wrong colour and matches nothing on the scooter. The old cluster had 201 miles on it this one has 1078 miles on it so devalued it as well oh and only 1 key i had to ask for a spare. Asked to make decision there and then to accept the bodge or lose the scooter for possibly over a week as it's costing too much to keep coming out to it! Should only sell scooters within a certain radius if you're worried about going and repairing it. I know I'm going to get a clever response from charlie now. Oh and before you buy one take the serial number off the chassis and give it to the manufacturer as mine was sold as a 2025 model and manufacturer has it as a 2018 production sold for the first time on 2020. Do your home work people.
Edit: offered a refund of half the value I paid for it. You're blocked on emails and phone numbers because yet again it's excuses. Oh and don't ring my carer again or you'll be looking at a police visit charlie. I'll get it sorted by a legit company without anyone telling me to make a decision quickly there and then.

Hello Warren,
We're genuinely sorry that you feel this way, as this isn't the experience we aim to provide.
Following your unfortunate medical emergency, which meant the scooter's batteries became deeply discharged, we replaced both batteries completely free of charge as a gesture of goodwill, despite this not normally being covered under warranty. We were happy to do this because we understood your circumstances.
When the speedometer developed a fault, we attended again under your comprehensive 12 month warranty. Our engineer initially attended expecting to replace the speed sensor, but after further diagnosis established that the dashboard itself was faulty.
At that point, we offered you two options:
- Fit the fully working dashboard we had with us immediately, which unfortunately had a different coloured surround, allowing you to continue using the scooter straight away; or
- Return the scooter to our workshop so we could fit the correct colour matched dashboard before returning it to you.
The replacement dashboard naturally displayed the mileage from the donor unit. This does not alter the scooter's true mileage, which remains fully documented from the date of purchase, and we would have been happy to record this for future reference if required.
You also mention being offered a turnaround of around a week if you preferred the colour matched repair. We don't believe this is an unreasonable timeframe for a warranty repair requiring replacement parts, but we appreciate it wasn't the option you wanted at the time.
We issued a second key the next day after our engineer visit. This was sent next day delivery free of charge.
Regarding the age of the scooter, it was sold exactly as supplied to us and identified on your invoice. We have never knowingly misrepresented its age.
Most importantly, after all of this, we even offered to take the scooter back and provide you with a full refund if you were unhappy with it. You chose not to accept that offer.
We always try to resolve issues fairly and go above and beyond where we can. While we're disappointed by your review, we remain willing to help should you wish to discuss the matter further.

We're disappointed that you've chosen to update your review in this way.
For clarity, we have never sought to pressure you into accepting a repair. Our engineer offered you two options: fit a fully functioning replacement dashboard immediately so you could continue using your scooter, or return the scooter to our workshop so we could fit the correct colour matched part. The choice was entirely yours.
We also made further goodwill offer in an effort to resolve your concerns, including offering to take the scooter back for a full refund. This offer was not accepted.
With regard to your carer, we only contacted them because they had previously been involved in communications regarding your scooter and payment arrangements. We have no intention of causing any distress.
We have always tried to resolve this matter fairly and professionally, and we remain satisfied that we have acted reasonably throughout.
Pride Baja Bandit…
We ordered our Pride Baja Bandit Mobility Scooter on Sunday/ Monday morning at 3 am. At 9am Monday Charlie rang to confirm our order. We needed it urgently for a holiday. Sunshine did all the paperwork and the Scooter was shipped that day via a Pallet Courier and it arrived in perfect condition v well wrapped Lunchtime Wednesday. We took it for a test run and the fully charged it ready for our early Thursday morning. Thank you do much all the team at Sunshine Mobility Lincs. You certainly made our holiday and we will certainly return when another new scooter is needed +++ Ps also a great price +++

I very recently purchased a used scooter from Sunshine. The scooter had to be shipped a considerable distance but arrived as agreed. The scooter itself was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Charlie who supported me during the process was friendly but professional and is a credit to the company. Jodie who mainly dealt with the delivery aspect was excellent.
Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine and they definitely deserve five or more stars. Well done to all concerned.

Excellent service.
Sunshine scooters have been brilliant with us. My scooter had been making a strange noise for a few days . They came and took it away . It was the motor so we asked them to put a second hand motor on as we had not long spent £300 on batteries for it and couldn't afford to have a new motor put on. They did it gladly and gave it a service at the same time. They were very helpful over the phone to try and get to the bottom of what they thought it could be.Very friendly and the service was impeccable .Any problems they said no matter how small they may be able to help over the phone.

I like Sunshine Scooters because, the person that dealt with me was very patient with me, he was willing to listen to what I wanted and needed. I want initially looking to buy a new scooter but he was still patient and kind. I did in the end decide to buy a second hand scooter that was delivered today, very quickly as I only ordered it about Friday and today is Monday 1st of June. That is what I call very good service. This company is phenomenal for its staff, their helpfulness and excellent merchandise. Delivery was prompt for my TGA Breeze S4, the condition of which was brilliant. We bought two scooters from Sunshine…
We bought two scooters from Sunshine Scooters, a small Rascal and a larger TGA Vita. Both were fairly new, well prepared, in excellent condition and have performed well.
The service we received from the friendly and competent staff at the time of sale and subsequently has been first class and we would strongly recommend them.
We recently sold the larger scooter back to them, as it was no longer needed and got a good deal. We retained the smaller scooter after servicing by Sunshine Scooters and no doubt it will continue to be to be serviced there.
