SCAM - They’ll STEAL YOUR MONEY
SCAM. Paid for book cutting boards in December for Xmas present. Followed up in January. Received an immediate email apologising for the delays using Xmas/large volume of orders as an excuse. And saying they’d send a free Japanese knife with the order by way of apology for delay. 5 months later NOTHING don’t waste your money. I will report them to every agency possible.

If I could give them a zero star, I would I have never received my order. I’ve tried to email several times have not got a replied back. This company is a scam. Do not order from them. You will not receive your product. They like to steal peoples money.

1 is even too high of a rating. I ordered these cutting boards back in November. Received one notice that it was shipped the end of December. Never received an update since. I have attempted to reach out on numerous occasions, to no avail. Customer service is, apparently, non- existent. A waste of money, obviously.

Fake company, they never sent my items! Ordered cutting boards in December and after multiple attempts to reach them with no response I have now (in March) given up on ever receiving my order. I am now working with my bank trying to get my money refunded 🤞

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
I cannot believe I thought this company was trustworthy. I ordered in December 2025 and emailed them in January 2026 asking regarding my purchase. The payment went through directly and I am unable to contact them at all. No delivery and no contact point - unable to track anything. Absolutely disgusted.
