Great company - order arrived quickly well packaged and everything accounted for.
Took longer than anticipated to erect but that maybe just me but the online instructions/video were a great help.

From ordering to getting it put…
From ordering to getting it put together was seamless. It was delivered within the delivery time and left where we asked. All of it was well wrapped and protected well. The instructions were easy to follow and straightforward. Installation only took 2-3hours with two people. The design is very modern and caters for all needs.

Transformed Our Garden - Outstanding Quality and Service
Completing our landscape project with the addition of Sunopy’s aluminium metal pergola was the best decision we made; it has completely transformed our garden.
The 3x4m pergola has quickly become the focal point of our outdoor space, drawing praise from landscapers, family, friends, and neighbors alike. The stunning design and high-quality craftsmanship have impressed everyone, with many now considering adding one to their own homes. It’s ideal for hosting outdoor gatherings, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The best feature is the roof section, one side open and the other side closed, enjoy sunbathing on one side and sheltered on the other.
The installation process was straightforward; all the pieces arrived in excellent condition and fit together seamlessly. The clear instructions made assembly easy, taking about 4 to 5 hours with 2-3 people. We hired professional fitters to ensure a secure installation—it’s definitely worth it. The aluminium blades are beautifully designed and of top-notch quality, providing exceptional value for money.
Sunopy’s customer service was excellen; they promptly answered all my questions, and the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. Ordering was a breeze, and the delivery experience was just as impressive. We received a call from their third-party courier shortly after placing the order to confirm a convenient date and time slot, delivered in 4 working days. The two delivery men were friendly and helpful, placing the heavy boxes exactly where we needed them.
We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and would highly recommend Sunopy’s aluminium pergolas to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Every time we sit under the pergola with a cold drink, it feels like a mini-holiday.
We also added the shade screen accessories, simple to install and have added even more functionality along with privacy. If you’re considering a pergola, Sunopy is the perfect choice!
