A pleasure to do business with
A pleasure to do business with, after placing my order on Friday I received an Email thanking me and letting me know they would be shipping my parcel on Monday, first thing Monday I received shipping confirmation and tracking number saying I will receive my parcel on Tuesday, UPS confirmed a time and sent me a link to pay the duty and I had my new sunglasses in my hand on Tuesday morning, the whole process was as smooth as silk, I received a hand written note thanking me for my order which is a nice touch of appreciation.
All in all the price difference was insignificant between paying UK duty or if they had been shipped within the EU

Amazing Service
Sun of Japan had the exact frame and color of Masunaga sunglasses I was looking for, for the best price I could find online. I worked with Johanna who was very responsive and polite when I made a mistake with the shipping address I initially submitted with my order. While I would have preferred to order in store to try in the glasses first, there were no distributors in the country I'm currently working from.I would definitely order from Sun of Japan again.

An awesome buying experience!
After ordering my first pair of sunglasses from Sun of Japan, I was so impressed with the exceptional customer service that I immediately placed an order for a second pair as soon as I received the first one.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical about ordering online from overseas due to concerns about potential counterfeit, shipping, custom, etc. However, the entire buying experience went smoothly and I'm thrilled with the two pairs of the Masunaga sunglasses that I have been searching for. The care and personal touch in the packaging, including the handwritten note, were greatly appreciated. I look forward to shopping with Sun of Japan again in the future.
