Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Your product will be delivered efficiently and will be made as described - no issues here. However, the return policy is strict, so please be aware of this before any purchase. The owner I spoke with was very accommodating, and I would recommend this retailer.

First-class customer support! I inquired about a pair of Masunaga K3 sunglasses that was not listed in the webshop. Johanna from customer service was very quick to answer all my questions and informed me that they could place an order directly from Japan. Exactly one week later, I had the sunglasses in my hands. The start was a bit bumpy, i initially received the wrong glasses size but what followed was genuinely impressive, love the experience a lot. My issue was handled extremely quickly, and the response time couldn’t have been better.
The correct size was shipped the very next day and arrived just as fast, early in the morning. That level of speed and efficiency is rare to see! Communication throughout the process was smooth, clear, and very friendly.
