I have had a wonderful experience with the newest SunGoldPower 590w bifacial solar panels. Eight new panels producing well more than 600 watts each day. Very happy seeing them help charge the 92KWHs of batteries.

I got a sungoldpower system and it works great. Everytime I email tech support I get the help I need. My inverter has about 68 settings.

Sey up was easy and it functions perfectly.

Tech support is wonderful. They try very hard to get back to you as fast as possible in spite of large time zone differences.

I purchased 20 ground mount solar panels bifacial 450 watts . I’m very happy with the efficiency and quality of the solar panels . Their efficiency is very high and they charge very quick. Their customer service is exceptional very helpful and they respond to your emails very quick. I received the panels and one was broken. Joy was very helpful and she refunded the purchased of the panel.
Very happy customer . They also have the best price in the market for high efficiency and their warranty is excellent.

Purchased a 12k INVERTER installed it and everything worked as it should and their tech support was awesome on setting it up.

The all-in-one inverter is great I was happy to find a smaller 24v system that had the right amount of PV input for my small camper. Sungoldpower shipped fast and tracking was updated immediately. It arrived well packed with no damage.

I purchased 6 of SungoldPower's 415 mono solar panels and they have been definitely a good investment which continues to payoff with power generation. I have them mounted on the ground in 2 sets of 3 panels each. Due to the weight I decided to have 3 support poles on the top and the bottom. Even with the strong winds we've had this year they have been solidly mounted in place. The two locations make use of the morning and afternoon sun and have been producing enough that my batteries are fully charged daily and last through the night.

Good products are something you can estimate from specs and the many product reviews before you buy (I've found SGP products are excellent in use!) but this is about Customer Service after the sale! Usually Customer Service is "adequate" - questions get answered eventually. Adequate is not my favorite word. Well, SunGoldPower's after sale customer service has been refreshingly spectacular! Not only are email questions answered quickly, but they are often answered with "Is there something else we can do to help?" And often there is and they do help more! This has been very helpful for someone like me who didn!t know what all he didn't know about solar electronics, when I started and have now built a wonderful 8 oanel, battery-based backup emergency subpanel system that provides over 90% of the power when the grid is up and more than we need when the grid goes down!! I bought six 550-watt monocrystalline solar panels and mounted them on my custom-designed solar awning. The overall quality and performance of these panels have greatly surpassed my expectations. They deliver strong power output even in less-than-ideal conditions, and their construction feels exceptionally solid and long-lasting.
The time from placing my order to receiving the shipment was under 10 days. The panels arrived in perfect condition, very well protected, and professionally packaged. Keep in mind that these panels are quite large and heavy, so proper handling is important. Thankfully, I had access to a tractor with pallet forks, which made unloading and moving them much simpler. In my installation, the panels could only be positioned facing due west, but they are still performing very effectively. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend these panels to others.

Like the sungold 5k inverter every mush but the set up instructions are not very good

Bought a 5kw inverter. Installation was easy, super sleek (looks cool on my power generator). Works as intended. Super simple to operate, it's preconfigured to work with almost anything right out of the box. Read the manual and you will be fine! Definitely worth the price!

Great Price and Quality for a DIY Solar System
I have a Tesla solar battery system at my home. On days when my system produces extra energy, instead of sending it back to PG&E for a ridiculous few cents, I use this SungoldPower inverter to store the extra energy in my own battery and then charge my EV at night. It works perfectly.
You can also remotely control the inverter by connecting it to Home Assistant software using an RS485-to-WiFi device such as the EW11A. I really love this setup.
Customer service is good for any setup issues. However if you need help for remote control the device, Google is the better choice.

I recently installed the Sungoldpower 6.5KW 48V Split Phase Solar Inverter (SPH6548P) and so far, I am impressed. The installation was straightforward, and the included instructions were clear enough for a smooth setup. I currently have it connected to two EG4 LL 51.2V 100Ah batteries and PV input, though I haven’t placed it under load yet. The inverter powers up quickly, the display is easy to read, and system settings are intuitive to navigate. Build quality feels solid and well-designed. Overall, this seems like a reliable choice for an off-grid solar setup.

We purchased 20 550 watt mono crystalline solar panels last year from Sungold power for our off grid home. These panels have withstood heavy winds, sometimes up to 80 mph. We have also had heavy snow and these solar panels didn't break through it all. Even with a layer of ice on them we were still getting power. We have a large battery bank with a back up generator and since October the generator has only been needed a handful of times. We are very impressed with these panels and would purchase them again. The delivery of these panels was great. They came packaged tight with no damage to them.
