Bharat electronics case :: stop loss didn't trigger and the amount of loss had increased due to the stock dripping further down with no time to act. Need little concreteness or solid solution here as there is risk of entire capital getting eroded.

Thanks for your feedback.
Please note the issue that you are mentioning here, is something that your broker has to address. Further, this is a market driven scenario, and quite unusual situation, that do happen during election results/time, or whenever an unexpected sudden event might be there.
These are situations where, when reaction is too fast, an order may not get fulfiled.
I suggest you speak to your broker and check with them as to how to handle this kind of situation.
Best way in such cases, is to stay away from the market (or close open positions) for next 2 days, Monday and Tuesday as markets could behave unpredicatbly on Results day. Most traders operate from FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and get caught in such scenario.
