Excellent. The piano arrived the day they said it would. Was slightly delayed but communication was great and was informed every step of the way. The piano was in excellent condition. Very happy customer and would use Sulinda again.

I am very very pleased with the digital piano I bought from Sulinda music. It is in excellent condition, plays beautifully, and came at a exceptionally good price. Delivery was well handled, with the men carrying it up to the desired room.

The piano was just as advertised, a little dusty from the warehouse but in good conditions. The delivery drivers were around 4 hours later than the slot they gave me, due to heavy traffic. But otherwise, it was a good experience.

I emailed Sulinda with an enquiry quite late in the evening, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a detailed response less than fifteen minutes later. The electronic piano that I ordered was exactly as described, and very well-wrapped prior to shipping, with delivery arranged for a Saturday as requested. The delivery company kept me updated with regular texts and emails giving tracking information, and the delivery men were very careful when installing the piano. Overall, a very positive experience.
I would definitely recommend Sulinda to anyone considering purchasing an electronic piano.
