Sugarinuk Omdömen

Excellent service from sugarin UK and super fast delivery and great communication from the start in letting me know the status of my order. Will definitely be using them again

Amazing. A special delivery 😆

Super quick sending out the order in time for our daughters food tech lesson at school. She was really pleased with the cutters/veiners, and made a gorgeous sunflower cake.

Thank you so much for the prompt delivery of my order 😊😊😊 I can’t wait to use all of my goodies. I have only just found your website and will not hesitate in ordering again. Thank you 😊

Absolutely top class service as always. Arrived the day after purchase. Emails throughout notifying me that order was received and dispatched. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really fast delivery and easy website to navigate.

I haven’t used the floral petal dust as yet, but I did test two of the colors. Thanks, for securing the package, which helps in protecting the colors from breakage during transportation.

I received my parcel from Sugarin and I was so pleased. Dispatch and delivery were very prompt. My parcel was intact in sturdy packaging. The contents were well packed with tissue.
I ordered a number of items and I am really happy with the quality. The Robert Haynes sugarcraft tools and Simply Nature cutters and moulds are absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous customer service from Allan when my order arrived but the package/tube was empty - somewhere between collection from Sugarin and delivery to me the contents got lost. I rang Sugarin and Allan very quickly resent my order and it arrived the next morning. This customer service is hard to come by these days - well done Sugarin!

First time I have ordered on your site and everything sent on time and great notifications to when package dispatched etc. Order came well presented might I add and would definately use your site again. Many thanks

Always fantastic service from SugarinUK, nicely packed goods and fast delivery. Highly recommended!

Brilliant, arrived early and exactly as described.

Amazing customer service with attention to detail. Items were beautifully packaged with care. Packing and delivery super speedy. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout.

Wonderful to have a stockist that is able to supply those sometimes hard to get items - thank you.

Highly recommend, will be using again for sure.

Fantastic service would order again from this lady 👏👏👏👍

Excellent service. Great communication and straight forward transactions along with quick delivery. I wish every company were as good

Very quick delivery many thanks. Not tried the clay yet

Extremely quick delivery of order. Extremely quick and helpful response to enquiry and faulty item was replaced and arrived exactly as promised. Couldn’t fault the customer service.

Great range products that I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK too.

I am very pleased with both the flower paste itself and the prompt service I receive from Sugarin Uk. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged with no damage to the box. It was delivered by Royal Mail so the postman actually knocked on the door to tell me the parcel was there, unlike DPD or Hermes.
Overall I am delighted with the service I have received.
