Suffolk Latch Company Ltd Omdömen

“ Shepherds Crook Bolts Pewter- Very pleased with these bolts. They look good and are of good quality. Look good against our new oak doors. Our joiner asked where they were from as he was impressed with their quality and look also.”

Arrow End Black Pulls
Great looking handles, good quality. Really authentic. Happy customer :)

We are really pleased with the quality, weight and the appearance of the Beehive Knobs. They have lifted the bathroom cupboard. Dispatch and delivery was fast. Would definitely order again from Suffolk Latch Co. Thank you. - Beehive Cabinet Knobs Nickel.

Really great experience. Shopping online was easy and there was plenty of information on the products to help me choose. The hinges and latches were dispatched really quickly and were just as described. We haven't fitted them yet because we're waiting for the joiner to finish making the new doors, but the joiner was very impressed with the quality.

High quality, excellent service
Very pleased. This is high-quality, not the cheap stuff you'll find elsewhere. It looks great. Also delivery was very prompt. Highly recommended

I ordered pairs of handles with through-spindles, thinking I could split them and use them as 4 static singles. Once I realised I couldn't, I rang the Suffolk Latch Company and spoke with Kate...she was great, quickly grasping my problem (despite my clumsy explanation) and simply explaining what I needed to do, what to order and what to send back. Excellent service and really fast too. Highly recommend this company, and the products are beautiful too (Beehive handles)

“ Tudor Gate Hinges- Look no further - beautiful”
These are the most high quality hinges and latches out there. I sued them on my front and back gates and they look so high end and will last forever I expect. Customer service also excellent.
Can't rate higher.

Great quality, perfect size for our shelves, solid brackets that look lovely. Arrived in good time, well packaged, bought from this company before & would buy again from them.

I ordered quite a few of the Beehive knobs and I was not disappointed. Beautifully made and look stunning. I need another ten but as they are a bit pricey I will probably look elsewhere. This is not to say they aren’t worth the money but they are a little expensive for me. Came on time too.

Great company, easy to deal with and very helpful. Particular mention to Kate dealing with online chat, very prompt and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend.

We bought rosewood & ebonised doorknobs which arrived promptly and were well packaged. The quality is impressive.

Excellent products with excellent service

“ Beehive Door Knobs Rosewood & Ebonised - Great product and excellent service- delivered fast!”

Very pleased with product, price and service on the number of occasions I've dealt with them.

“Beehive Door Knobs Rosewood & Ebonised- Great product (a match to door knobs I had already), easy to install, looks sturdy and stylish. The video explaining how to install was a plus.”

“Definitely Recommend”
I’ve now had four of these bolts. Love them. They look great and the quality is excellent. Customer service is fab too 👍👍"

Speedy delivery and a good strong product, very impressed.

I bought a number of items from Suffolk Latch in 2018-19 after moving to a 17 century oak framed house in Herefordshire. Recently a long penny end hinge jammed, and the pin inside had broken, so we could not close an oak door. I contacted Suffolk Latch yesterday who agreed to replace the pair free of charge. They arrived this morning, beautiful wrapped up in heavy duty blue plastic. All ready for my joiner to fit later this week.
Now that is what I call true five star service!
Thank you very much Suffolk Latch, keep making these wonderful fixtures and fittings.

Beehive Door Knobs- Very nice, quality plain to see
Excellent, very nice quality, look great, fit to old doors yet to be sanded and painted so no photos yet, but really do make a difference and will look fabulous once finished. Arrived extremely quickly, well packaged, good value so very pleased, we ordered just 2 to make sure happy with and ok, and then immediately ordered the rest.

Beehive escutcheons - great quality for the price - they look totally at home with our antique door knobs etc. even our experienced conservation carpenter commented on the quality and asked for the details of the supplier.
