Outdoor curtains
I Ordered these outdoor curtains last year. They looked nice for about 3 weeks, but then faded completely due to UV light, despite being sold for outdoor use/fade resistant. They are now completely discolored and look terrible. Even worse, Such Outdoor has completely ghosted me-no response to multiple emails.
Do not buy from this company if you expect quality or customer service.
I researched online and read many positive reviews. It makes me wonder if the reviews were fake, considering my terrible experience with this company.

Our warranty period is one year, and if any problems occur within one year, we will send out new curtains. Some customers have already tried it.
We cannot rule out the possibility of rapid damage to curtains in certain special environments, nor can we guarantee that defective products will not be produced. That's why we offer a one-year warranty period. If you send an email through the order email, we will receive it, but I have inquired with our customer service personnel and checked the email system, but have not seen your email yet. Many customers who have been using the curtains for over a year have submitted after-sales requests, and we have satisfied them by offering partial refunds or ordering new curtains at half price. Receiving curtains is just the beginning of the service, not the end, which is why we continue to receive positive reviews.
If you still want to replace the curtains for free, you can send us a request email using your order email.

Nice outdoor curtains but not long enough
The curtains I ordered for my outdoor patio were very nice, but were too short. When I wanted to return product, my problem was handled immediately! Thank you and I'll definitely order again

The measure of a company's service isnt when everything goes to plan.
The measure of a company's service isn't when it all goes to plan, its when something goes wrong. The color in my "made to order" outdoor curtains delivery was incorrect. The outstanding service from Lisa in rectifying, and an expedited delivery of the correct curtains made the problem nothing more than a hiccup.
When I couldn't find a cell number to phone the company, only and email, I was dubious about getting timely assistance. However Lisa responded promptly (to every email and question), was eager to assist and kept me appraised of status and delivery time of my replacement curtains. Well done Lisa.
