They have streamlined the user experience and they have a top team. They are still in the process of building up the platform, but the features are growing at a fast pace. Everyone in their team I had contact with is super responsive and knows what they are doing.

The platform gave me everything I was looking for and even some insights I didn't know I wanted them ^^

Helpful for navigating SaaS tools on a budget

You can compare the tools, understand pricing…and make smarter decisions on what software works best for your needs, which gets trickier to do with a tight budget. Excited to see what they do next!

[Irish SMB] Helped me twice pick a cheaper, more suitable alternatives
I run a SMB based in Ireland and honestly picking the right tools used to be a headache. When we needed to choose payroll software compliant with Irish regulations, Subscribed.fyi made it straightforward — the comparison insights and community reviews helped us narrow it down fast. We ended up switching provider and saving around EUR 200 a year.
More recently we used it again to evaluate project management tools. We'd been overpaying on a plan we'd outgrown in the wrong direction — too many seats, features we never touched. Subscribed.fyi surfaced an alternative that fit our actual team size and workflow much better, and cut that cost by about 30%.

They got their work done via 3rd party platforms and denies to pay a freelancers. If they don't pay freelancer how they could work for clients.
