Used to Be Reliable, but Standards Have Dropped
I’ve been using this service for many years and have several domains in my portfolio. My experience used to be satisfactory, but things have changed recently. Since the support team moved abroad and the phone support became more like an automated system, it’s been very difficult to get any real assistance. Responses are slow, often canned, and lack substance.
Currently, I’ve been waiting five days for a simple domain registration, which they claim is delayed due to an issue with the main registry. I’m not sure that’s the real reason, but either way, my satisfaction has dropped significantly. Other registrars manage to process such requests without delays - why can’t they?
