Received this storage organizer after about two weeks, packaged securely without any damage. Material quality and sturdiness are pretty decent for its affordable price point. Installation behind the door was straightforward and convenient. Its practical for my limited kitchen space, offering good extra storage without cluttering the area. Overall satisfied!

Ordered the bra deal they were advertising. They traveled from China to Italy then into a port in the states. Shipping company they used did not deliver to my address but to someone else’s. Told them what had happened and they kept telling me I got the products because they were delivered to my postal code. No refund because they claimed I got product.

I ordered mascara from this company and it was a total scam!!!! After I waited a month to receive it, they sent me some garbage, worse than the dollar store quality and while their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed they offered me 2 freaking dollars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Shipping took longer than expected, around three weeks, but it arrived in good condition. Quality seems better compared to others Ive tried before; its quite practical for organizing items neatly. Adjustability provides decent flexibility for storage spaces. Overall satisfied with this purchase, despite the longer wait for delivery.

This mascara took a month to arrive. It is HORRIBLE. There are no labels on the cheap plastic tubes themselves, and the formula is NOT waterproof and BURNS MY EYES. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a total scam.

Overall decent storage solution and saves space nicely; adjustable hooks are helpful, but sturdier material would improve durability.

Finally got some extra space to organize essentials neatly—setup was straightforward, delivery prompt, customer support pleasantly responsive; satisfied overall.

My order arrived after one month and from china.. the product is fake and smells like gasoline. It burns your eyes and is not waterproof. It was a dumb purchase. This is a FAKE company. Do not buy anything from here…

package arrived 30 days after purchase. item is not what was described. false advertisement!! their return policy is 14 days. they reply with a sorry u r not satisfied, but product aligns with warehouse lol whatever that means , still requesting return label and not getting one. this company is horrible!!!! do not order from this company

I wish I could give them zero stars. They took my money and then sent false tracking information. I had other packages delivered the same day and they insisted my mascara was delivered as well. The only problem is, the other packages came three hours earlier, and USPS only delivers once a day. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I foolishly fell for a mascara offer on Facebook. Buy 1 black get 1 brown free. I usually do my research before ordering from a company I am not familiar with. But like an idiot I fell for the convincing ad and jumped right in. I ordered it 3/7/2025 and finally received it 4/5/2025. It took so long to get here I actually forgot about it. I received an email saying it had shipped. The tracking number showed it was in Italy. A few more notices said it was going through customs, then more emails showing it was finally in the US in Philedelphia, PA. Mascara arrived today showing it was shipped from Suwanee, GA 30024. PayPal shows tracking info for all packages I receive. Their shipping information for the mascara was completely different including the tracking number. When I opened the mascara I knew 100% for sure that I was scammed. The tube's of mascara are so cheap, no label of any kind, the black wand broke when I tried to remove it from the tube. The brown mascara wand pulled the entire top of the tube out with gross clumpy mascara. Worst product ever. I will eat the cost of this one because I was foolish enough to fall for their scam. But I will never make the same mistake again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I just received my mascara which supposedly coming from the USA but came from china. The tracking went all over the US but came from China The mascara had already dried up when I opened the box. Waste of my money. They have suggested I put it in hot water which didn’t make a difference Could have bought a $2 mascara from Temu

I would give them zero if I could. It has been over 30 days and it is still no closer to coming. I'll never order from them again. This a horrible service!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Said order was in Italy, then it arrived in U.S. 12 days later its in China. At first they send me transit and tracking information, now they sent new information with wrong dates ordered and NOW its in China somewhere.

I can't believe Facebook would allow this company. I believe they have another SCAM COMPANY TOO Called THRIVE. Best to buy from stores. This is HORRIBLE, COMPANY. I am reporting to BBB and all social media streams.

This is a completely terrible mascara- i never write bad reviews but this is so bad that i had to- this is NOT the product that was advertised-its a useless mascara, dont waste your money- no lengthening or thickening- hardly even applies, its the worst coverage i have ever tried- throwing away the cheap tubes that dont even have a label on them, a 2 dollar shop product would have been better than this - its false advertising to the max- and it took almost 2 month to arrive- complete waste of money- i wish i didnt bother

I ordered some bras from them tried them on when I got them they did not fit properly upon contacting the store they just kept repeating same stuff like it was an automatic response and I tried 3 or 4 times but to no avail so I’m left with bras that don’t fit and cannot return them so I lost all my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible!!! I was unable to contact the courier contractor who had purportedly delivered goods purchased from Submarinen. Not being able to contact the courier I contacted Submarinen for assistance to uncover delivery details, they appeared in words to be very willing to help, but ultimately left me high and dry and completely out of pocket, with no care or concern to act. You're warned ...

I would NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! First off I ordered the mascara.. It took 30 days to come. It was buy one get one free. I received it today and lo and behold both of the mascara’s are dried out there wasn’t even enough in the bottle to add to one lash. Y’all got this one. BUT NEVER AGAIN NOT ON GODS GREEN EARTH. #BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I’m going to also report this to the BBB
