The wig I received arrived in a decent timeframe, actually quicker than I expected. I had ordered a 360 lace wig, similar to the one I saw on the website, allowing me to put my hair in a ponytail. My best friend was getting married, and she wanted a specific look for the bridesmaids. However, the wig I received only had lace at the front, with a small piece of lace, quite different from what was advertised on the website. Because there was no lace in the back, I couldn’t wear it up as planned. The hair quality looks natural, so I made it work. So therefore I would give Subella another shot despite everything.

The best thing to me is their communication. They will respond promptly back to you.

Super soft, full from root to tip, with beautiful baby hairs and lace that melted effortlessly. No shedding so far, and it holds style beautifully. Hands down one of the best units I’ve owned. Definitely ordering again.

This wig with the natural curly baby hair didn’t for me inna good way! Looks so real and the hair doesn’t shed, the curls are amazing even after washing the hair once I reserved it. I got an 18” and I love love! Would purchase again!

I really like this hair and everyone who sees me says I love this style on you. No shedding , no smell and soft. It’s curly so I have conditioner and plate it for the night. Run my fingers into the curls in the morning and it’s carefree.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hair was horrid. It was nothing like the photo advertised. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. It took over a week of them asking irrelevant questions like, is this my front door, or wanting pictures of the lace. I stated to them that I did nothing but took it out and to examine and replaced it immediately.

This wig is not the wig that I seen or the wig that I ordered the edges are a joke not pre cut or natural it’s very cheap! and at this point I wondering if they buy there reviews ! This is a cheap wig I could have bought for $40-80 not $200 they refused to give me my money back. And take the wig back and this wig is horrible. It’s flat. It’s supposed to be the highest density but it’s thin and limpy it’s wavy not curly and it’s nothing like what you see online, which is very disappointing because I was looking forward to wearing this wig also they’re playing games!! When I email them it appears I’m talking to two different ppl I should’ve knew something when they first were responding at 1 o’clock in the morning they told me they would give me a percentage not sure how much off my next order. I told him there will be no next order. I just want my money back and I will return the wig now no one will respond back at all this company is really flaky buyers Beware.!!! It’s a complete scam they ship it from china so it took a week for me completely a waste of money and time !

This is my first time ordering from Subella wigs. I initially ordered the 16" Curly, 4C Edges wig. It was so beautiful (no smell/shedding). I then ordered the 22" Curly, 4C Edges, which was also beautiful! I then turned around and ordered the 4B/4C Edges Water Wave Balayage Highlights Wig, which I'm waiting to receive now. I'm confident it will be beautiful like the other 2. Fast shipping, and attention to detail (small cap size) along with beautiful hair that does not shed nor smell, affordability and true to length are the key factors for me. I work hard for my coins and do not like to squander my money on items that disappoint. Subella does not disappoint!

I love my new hair. First time ordering from Subella and I was not disappointed. The kinky edges look like they’re growing out my scalp. Shipping was super quick, arrived quicker than I expected. The hair is soft, no odour, the curls are beautiful.

First and foremost, the wig is super soft and full! I ordered 4c edges so when I apply the hot comb it’ll give that nice natural edge. Another important part of this wig is that it fits my head which is small. It was very easy (hassle free) to add my customization for the wig, I applied my measurements in the notes while checking out. This is actually the reason why I chose Subellahair because other hair websites require email for inquiry for customizations and I don’t have the time or patience for that.. overall, very happy customer.
