I recently ordered a watch from Stylo, but the item I received is not the same as what I ordered. The watch is not working, and the packaging was extremely poor. It was placed inside a shoe box along with 5, 6 Stylo bags, and the watch was just lying on top of them without any proper protection. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I have placed an order few weeks ago and they didn't delivered it and then I chase them up and then they respond and told me the item is out of stock
Then order again it's been more then a month still waiting for delivery
I don't know how to contact them 😞 Thier customer service is so bad
Kindly tell me how to contact them as they are no responding through emails

Contact details of stylo showing on this website is wrong this website is fraude and showing other people personal numbers here on website ..this website should be closed and reported to google fraud department for using someone personal information as some company

The kurti was just ok not that good it has a grey mark idk very dusty crusty with grey stain I sent a feedback didn't got any reply I tried to call them many times they never picked the call somehow there agents are always busy

The varieties of the shoes are not quite good and if call to their outlets the often dont pick up our calls

I booked school shoes in Basti lalarukh branch Wah Cantt 4 days ago. Today upon my inquiry, manager told me that these shoes have been sold. It's quite pathetic attitude on the part of staff, if these shoes were not available then they should have told me so that I can buy some alternate.

I should give it minus rating. Ordered online and it auto cancelled by their system. I paid in advance and now after 16 days no refund is received and no response from customer service. Is there anyone who can guide how to charge back these scammers?

Their customer service is very bad they have written low price on the shoes and when we go to the counter the price is doubled

I've recently received my beige causal sneakers. Quality was 10/10 but the colour of sole was a bit different from overall sneaker's colour.

I recently bought mocassin. The Mustard Mocassin (as stated) is such a pathetic product. The color, the material used and quality are very bakwas.

I recently purchased from Stylo, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The quality of the product was subpar, and the sizing was inaccurate.

Previously, I had purchased a similar product from ECS, which exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and sizing. In contrast, Stylo's product fell short.

What's even more disturbing is that Stylo claims to offer high-quality products at premium prices, but their 50% off sales are just a tactic to dispose of inferior products. You can easily find better alternatives at KB for a fraction of the cost.

1. Poor quality materials
2. Inaccurate sizing
3. Overpriced
4. Misleading marketing tactics

*Would not recommend*: Stylo has lost my trust, and I will never purchase from them again. If you're considering buying from Stylo, think twice and explore better options.
