Study365 is an amazing platform for learning and advancing careers. The courses, tools and live webinars are simply excellent. They respond well, offer good advice and great value.

I wish i had checked the more recent reviews rather than just looking at the overall score before paying for this course. I have been chasing exam vouchers and then a refund since February of this year. This is one of many 'training' provider sites operated by one director and its quite clear from my own experience and other reviews that there is something very wrong. You can never reach the customer services by phone but can get sales immediately, email responses are almost as non existant and when they do reply its a standard sorry we will get your vouchers asap etc etc. I will be reporting to trading standards and i would advise anyone thinking of using study365 to not only look elsewhere but make sure its not run by the same person!!!!!

Course content is well structured and excellent video tutorials. I enjoyed all modules and was able to pass the exam after tried a few mock exams.

A great foundation learning experience for those seeking an understanding of Business Productivity fundamentals.

After waiting nearly a YEAR for a refund and having Study365 stop replying to my emails and phone calls months ago I decided to try and go ahead with this poorly presented, awful course full of errors which they have failed to deliver time and time again and now I cannot even book the exam! I have registered for the exam and have had no reply in over a week.... what is going on?

Staff is helpful and have been prompt in providing assistance. Moreover, the revision content has been very useful for the foundation Business Analysis course.

Good learning experience. I completed MS Excel, MS Project Management and Prince2 courses here. Course content is well structured and easy to learn.

Absolute joke of a company. Do not bother waisting your money on this company if you want to earn a prince 2 as they do not send the exam vouchers. I’ve been waiting over 3 months, and they don’t even give you an update as to when you can expect them.

Tutors and customer service staff are very friendly. I attended exam preparation Webinar last week and they helped me all my questions during the Q & A session. It was very engaging and useful event for every participant and we were able to asked many questions we had and received detailed answers by explaining rationale behind the right choice and highly recommend this event for exam preparation.

I have a few technical issues in my learning portal and I contacted customer service on chat. Nick connected and he promptly helped me to fix all the issues I had and guided me through the learning portal and next steps.

The tutor was available to assist and provide detailed feedback on my questions. His support made navigating the case studies and mock exams very well to understand the theories and concepts of complex topics. The course content is also very engaging and interesting to study. I highly recommend Study365’s Project management courses.
