Very good customer service and tutor support. I recently enrolled to AgilePM course and tutor Gerry is amazing. He is very supportive and course content is very structured that easy to understand every topics of the course. Recommended!

Exam preparation Live Webinar sessions were highly effective and allowing us to clarify doubts and provide valuable insights. The exchanging of ideas and asking questions led to deeper understanding of the concepts. Also, they were very good sessions prior to sit final exam.

My Course tutor Ellie is very helpful. She is very quick replying to my queries and sharing feedback. I had several difficulties studying the course due to my health issues and other family commitments, but Ellie encouraged and supported me to continue the course with no give up. Unless her support and motivation I couldn’t complete the course. I am thankful and appreciating her willingness to help students like me.

Study365’s AgilePM course is a very good online course that I can recommend. My experience is great. Course content is super and tutor Gerry is excellent. Comprehensive video tutorials with interactive approaches and well set up case studies and mock exams were very useful for me,

If it’s possible to give a 0 I would. I believe this company is scam. I have completed my courses and can’t access my account. I was promised my voucher and study materials and it’s been months now and I haven’t heard from anyone. It is impossible to reach out to them. I have called, sent messages on WhatsApp, sent emails and left voice messages but no one is responding. I chatted on WhatsApp and I was told to give a minute to check my details and no one got back to me. It’s all money wasted and it’s sad and frustrating 😞😣

I have heard back from them and I have been promised that the company is legitimate and that I’ll get voucher and study set (soon,I hope). They also said that the delay is because of backlog of work. I was also promised a 60 day free course of my choice andCPD points.
In truth, the courses are good and so are the tutors, but my reveiw was out of frustration on not hearing back from them.

Good online learning website. I passed Prince2 Agile practitioner exam successfully and I appreciate support and great content I received from Study365. I am specially thankful to my course tutor and customer service for the helping me.

I completed my course and tried to download the certificate, but there is no option to do so. I also attempted to contact them via email, but there has been no response. Additionally, you can access the final exam without completing the course, which is further proof that this website may be a scam. Please avoid dealing with this website, as I believe it is not legitimate

Completed 3 courses so far from 5 course bundle. Very good courses they are well structured and comprehensive video tutorials led by tutor. I was offered very good price for the bundle and thank you Gavin for the support and offer. This project management course bundle is very useful for my current job and career plan and believe it is one of the best investments I have done for my life so far. Recommended!

AgilePM is one of the best courses I have studied online so far. High quality e-learning experience, tutor Gerry is amazing in his teaching method. Very engaging course and interesting to watch each topic. Case studies, Quizzes and mock exams were very useful for me to prepare for the official exam and enjoyed each pieces of content of this course.

I was very well supported my tutor Gerry. He was excellent throughout the course. Course content is well structured and easy to absorb it well. Tutor led video tutorials are highly engaging and interactive. I had chance to join free exam preparation webinars and both I attended were very useful for the exam preparation. I was able to clarify a few of questions I had directly from the tutor. Two
Mock exam papers practice opportunity and live engagement added very good value to my learning experience. The tutor Dunan was excellent delivering these free exam prep webinars and I enjoyed both webinars and online course not just for sitting exams. Good learning experience and happy to offer 5 star 🌟 review.

This Company is a scam, please do not use, I have lost a lot of money as they never let you book the exam.

The only way they can prove they are not is if I am able to take my exam before the defined time limit runs out 😞, really annoyed 😠, will have to contact my credit card company.

They also emailed me to say that they would extend my study period by 3 months if I gave a positive review on trust pilot which I did, so I was well and truly duped! They also use recurring payments on go cardless so it's harder to get my money back.

I am studying Prince2 Practitioner course with Study365. The course is well structured and simple to understand. The staff are ready to help at all times.

If it was possible to leave 0, then that would be happening. I have been waiting months for an exam voucher to be sent to me. I was first told it would be 4 weeks. 4 weeks passed and nothing. It was then 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks passed and nothing. It has now been almost a further 8 weeks of messaging multiple times a week via email and their live chat, with the live chat saying my messages have been seen and they still don't reply.

They refuse to offer a refund or simply the product you paid them for!

An absolute scam and it seems I am not the only one to have been suffering from this exact same issue.

Customer Service team were very helpful in dealing with a query about a voucher extension. Prompt replies and a courtesy follow up email. Very well handled and as I said, very helpful.

Everything has been easy and convenient on Study365. Love it. Would recommend this learning platform to anyone out of no fear.
