I have been trying to pay off my student funding now for nearly 2 weeks, various phone calls and emails and no reply’s. This is shocking! I can not pass my course till it is paid off

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have sent you a email directly.
This company has repeatedly set up to try and take funds from my bank account without my consent. Despite repeatedly emailing them to inform of multiple overpayments from my account across many months! Instead of responding to emails to address the problem, I am receiving threatening emails. The long and short of this is - They do not communicate, they threaten!
It’s still awesome very helpful for students funding i will definitely refer to my friends as well.
Ive had great communication with the SFC. They were understanding and quick to help me out.
