It was easy to undertake and less stressful booking through Student Flights as they know what they are doing and are reliable. I did it all over email and they arranged were I would sit, food requirements, and tips on airport travel.

I didn't like the hotel that I stayed at that I booked through them as it was very expensive for one night and didn't offer much in terms of food, airport transport or hospitality. And the other available options were not that great.

Charged me $1300 for a flight from perth to Philippines ( Cebu). Flight was late June. A few days later, I found exact same flights online for $895, and on Student Flights own website for $1065. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I will never be using Student Flights again

Given how much notice I gave her Sarah was awesome, I needed to get to NZ ASAP, not only was I there in just on 24 hours, but my request for a stopover in Melbourne was granted too. I had time with my family, especially my granddaughter, I loved it. Would recommend Student Flights to everyone.

Our internal flights were booked as light fares which meant we had no luggage supplement. This meant we had to pay an extra 50 Euros on each flight.
Very disappointing.

My friend Gemma and I were fed up with the service we have received from student flights. Right from my first flight I had difficulty with too many held flights so that my seat was cancelled. For the past several weeks we've been trying to change our flights with limited internet and phone calls from Israel and keep getting placating emails saying changes are coming - however Gemma really needed to book her connecting flight and this service is having a negative impact on our time here. Furthermore, were told we had three free flight changes with black market but no one cared to our inform us that these were only with Etihad and the prices to change our flight are ridiculous and will most likely be increasing the longer this process takes.
Overall, our experience with student flights has been incredibly poor and we would not recommend this services to anyone. The whole point of going through a flight agent should be to minimise our involvement and worry in such circumstances but I feel our holiday has been entirely interrupted by this. I will not go through a flight agent again.

I organised my first solo trip with Nathan at the Hyperdome Student flights centre, and the second we met, he was the guy for me! I wasnt 100% sure how long I wanted to travel to Vietnam for, or when though I am on my gap year, so I wanted something very cheap! I booked a separate tour in Vietnam before seeing Student flights and Nathan worked around that. He gave me the cheapest deals for flights, he organised my insurance, my visa- everything! It was the biggest load off, and he even sent me to the best money exchange place with a great discount. This guy genuinely was excited for me and told me all of his travelling stories which made me excited. He just gave me the best advise on where to go and when due to weather, tourism and attractions. You can really tell that all staff know what they are doing and are very informative.

I have now returned from my trip and have organised my next trip to Greece and (bonus) Dubai, with Nathan. Even though hes moved to a different Student Flights office, I really do trust him and generally the staff at this centre. They are good to you, and are more then happy to help you organise an adventure!

Going on a student trip with accomodation and events all organised already, the only things that needed to be organised by StudentFlights agent were our flights and 2 hotel rooms (one in Singapore and one in Rome), unfortunately all 3 aspects had complications. Our travel agent was very friendly and able to help us at any time. However, on more than one occasion on our trip we had issues. It started when we got to the airport only to be told at check-in that our flight that we had paid for months ago was not paid for because our payment had bounced back into the StudentFlights account without our knowledge, we ended up having to put it onto the stores credit card. After we sorted out that flight, we got to our hotel in Singapore only to be told by the front desk staff that our agent had booked us into the hotel for the same date but in a month in advance. We were charged for this room even though we had paid for the room (our agent later reimbursed us). We also had trouble with another hotel booked for a night in Rome where I did pay it online into the StudentFlight Paypal account but the agent and the finance team did not know where the money went, the agent ended up paying for it with a StudentFlights voucher. It was a little disappointing and very frustrating at times when we would show up to a destination and realise through no fault or knowledge of our own that there were complications. Though there were complications, our agent did everything in their power to fix it. I can not stress how friendly and professional he was. I just things ran a little more smoothly

I recently booked two trips with Brodie Lys-Mathews from Studebt Flights, Whitfords. The first trip was with a group of friends to Brazil and the second was a last minute holiday with my boyfriend to Bali.

On both occasions, Brodie was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. She's very patient and responds quickly to emails. I've never used travel agents before as I thought they were always out to make money, but with Brodie I feel more than comfortable with putting my holiday in her hands.

I cannot thank her enough for the way she compares prices and puts up with my constant internet searches to ensure that I'm getting the best deal.

We had a fantastic trip and the flights the Ben was able to organise worked perfectly with the times we wanted to travel!!

Our trip organized by Student flights at Erina N SW by Brittany Pyne was faultless and made 4 weeks of travelling very easy.
The crew and general staff are outstanding. Evelin out tour coordinator ran a very efficient cruise It was a bonus to have all English speaking people and like minded people on board. Cleanliness and efficiency could not fault. The rooms were first class being cleaned at least twice a day by Adele,a delightful energetic young lady. The entertainment on and off the ship suited all ages and physical capabilities.
We will certainly recommend this trip and your Company to anyone.

Helpful and knowledgable, great service

Very helpful and was open to many options, listened to customers needs. Even going over time on their shift to help secure a flight, ensuring that all need were met with information about transfers and the details about the flight. Great service, and the woman who booked my flights was considerate and easy to communicate with. Lovely bunch of people, was easy to book all my flights without worry.
