Customer service was excellent. There was a mix-up with my accommodation location and they were quick to supply replacement items. Very much appreciated their quick responses and helpfulness.

I ordered the bedding and towel bundle not even a week before I needed it but it still arrived in time. I was contacted that my purchased bundle was not available in the colour right now so I would receive a different colour as a temporary solution.
A few days later my purchased colours was back in stock and I received the ordered one. I did not have to give the temporary bedding back and did not have to pay anything extra.
I really like that they made sure that I had bedding on the day that I needed it and found a solution.
The quality is good! The towels smell a bit like plastic so I would recommend washing them before first use.
I reccomend ordering here if you do not have time/option to buy everything you need on your own!

A lot of orders usually don't meet expectations as the advertised pictures are usually enhanced and descriptions exaggerated. However with my Student Essentials pack, it was delivered as advertised. I found the description really accurate and I am quite happy with both the towel set and bed topper. It was also delivered on time. It was waiting for me at my apartment on arrival... Just as was promised.

The quality of the product is amazing be it the quilt on the pillows, everything is worth the price that is paid, the delivery was very swift and pretty much everything is covered in the kitchen bundle as well. Would recommend every student to book their essentials through student essentials.com

It was delivered on time and everything is great quality. I wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but I ordered a couple bundles because of convenience. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice everything is. I especially love the towels and the pots and pans!
